This document outlines the short term goals of Linda L, who is a wife, mother, grandmother, student nurse and friend. Her goals are to complete prerequisites to enter an LPN to RN bridge program in January 2011, graduate in December 2011, pass state RN boards in January 2012, begin working as an RN at a hospital in surgical services in 2012, and increase her income while enjoying more leisure time with family and through community involvement such as volunteering at a Christian clinic and taking a missionary trip.
