This document discusses open education and a learner's journey through learning. It questions traditional models of education and explores how open education resources can support learners' varying contexts and self-actualization. While learners understand their own skills and goals, they may not know the best path to reach them. The document proposes the idea of open certification and generating meaningful knowledge from information through understanding learner context. It encourages further discussion on economic models and traditional methods for open education.
