What are the functions of    representational wall space in the Science and Technology hallways, the NLA (Native Language Arts) and Social Studies classrooms within I.S. 1XX, and how does it correlate to the schools overall mission?
Bridge Academy for Success Mission Statement We will provide a bridge for a new generation of immigrant students and facilitate their transition towards becoming proficient English language learners. The Bridge Academy will provide a learning environment enabling them to reach their full intellectual potential and develop the necessary literacy, critical thinking, problem solving and information management skills that are necessary to succeed in the 21 st  century. Through the collaborative and conscientious efforts of a dedicated staff, students, parents, and a supportive community, we will add another successful chapter to the American experiment reaffirming that our ingenuity, diversity, tolerance and humanity are truly a beacon of hope for the world.

Creation of graphs, data tables,  Labeled diagrams & photographs, Interpretation of reading passages, calculations & written responses, evaluation of data & application of  scientific knowledge & skills to the real world.  In the native language, writing imaginative, interpretive, and responsive texts  as well as reading from informational texts.
