I really liked the interactive and creative aspects. I also liked that
recruiters saw our ideas and not just our resumes.
I loved it! I liked how it allowed applicants' abilities to shine through
and allowed applicants to be creative and interactive.
I had a lot of fun participating in the LaunchPad game. I would log
into the game at any free moment I had and I thought it was a great
learning experience reading other participant's responses.
