We provide complete EPC services to developers and promoters of Solar Power
Generation Systems, Solar Power Plants & Solar off Grid Power Plants.
We have installed several Grid connected and Off-Grid Solar Power Plants of Utility
Scale. We have also supplied various Solar Products in bulk, such as Lanterns, Street
Lights, Home Lighting Systems and Stand-Alone Power Packs to large & small

1 MWp Solar PV Plant – FEATURES
Company proposes a world class Solar PV farm for the captive requirements of The Client for the next
25-35 years.
Land Area: For 1 MWp, total min of 4.5 acres shall be consumed.
Solar Modules: Tier I PV Panels with the minimum rating size of 300 Wp or higher.
Module Mounting Structure: It shall be fixed structure considering economics of scale and solar
irradiation to achieve the target energy production.
Inverters: Bonfiglioli / ABB / Delta / Kaco / Hitachi Japan model for maximizing 1500V MPPT Voltage
as well as peak out of 1MWp.
Cables: LAPP Germany or equivalent DC Cable.
SCADA Monitoring: Schneider or equivalent with GSM.
Solar Modules Mounting Structures: MS Steel, Galvanized to withstand the wind load and average
seismic conditions.
Civil work: depending upon the soil test report, a proper piling design shall be done and civil works
shall be carried out for module mounting foundation, switch yard foundation etc.
Plant Performance: Minimum of 15,50,000 kWh (units) of energy generation in the first year of operation.
Annual deration not to exceed 1 % per year as per Module warranty.

Industrial RO System: 5000 LPH for 1 MWp Plant.
Captive Lighting: Total of 80 pole lights for 1 MW
Fencing & Roads: Proper barb-wire fencing with 6’ height and 3m wide road shall be constructed on
the perimeter of the fencing. Arrary-to-array pitch of 6.60 m shall be kept for ensuring
manpower/vehicle movement for maintenance.
Administrative Building: a good office cum guest house (with basic furnished interiors) shall be
constructed to monitor the plant activities.

Timeline
Company shall submit a detailed project schedule of the EPC in Phase-1 startup outline the activities
encompassing the material supplies, construction, installation and commissioning.
The expected schedule shall not exceed 20-weeks from the date of approval/kickoff.
Project Team Structure
Company proposes the following generic team structure for the project execution.
(CFT is an abbreviated form of Cross Functional Team)
Pre-Requisites from the Client
Company has the following minimum expectations from its esteemed CLIENT to furnish all the documents as
below in order to achieve the project targets:
Technical Pre-Requisites
Land Certification for Industrial Usage Purpose (“NA” certificate)
Valuation Certificate of the proposed land site
No-Objection Certificate from State Pollution Control Board
Fire and safety certificate if any
Land Contour Map and site clearance in order to start the project execution
Survey Reports – if any. Approach road to the site to be ensured
Grid Connectivity Approval from Discom (including line connectivity to the nearest substation) and
State Nodal agency for the accreditation.
CLIENT’s own scope for the 1 Mwp Solar PV Plant
Site Development: THE CLIENT shall be providing the following –
Leveled Land of total of 4.5 Acres (for total of 1mWp Solar PV Plant) of land
Proper marking & final contour of the land – alternatively it can be carried out by Company as well at
an additional cost
Security Personnel
Water Supply / bore well
25-50KVA electric supply / diesel generator for site working
Local manpower for co-ordination and support

Basic cost of project is Rs 4.8 Cr +
Taxes & Duties Structure:

General Terms & Conditions
1. Assumptions for Rate Exchange:
The Prices are quoted in USD taking into consideration the current US dollar value
at INR 68.00, The Revised exchange rate shall be applicable at the time of
finalization of Contract.
2. Approvals:
MNRE and CEIG approvals included in proposal, any other type of approval by
Government/third party is in client scope. Any delay in projects due to any kind of
approval will not be responsibility of Lobel.
3. Inspections:
Any type of inspection by Government/third party/client is excluded from this offer, if it
is opted by client then all the terms and conditions will be decided after mutual
understanding. All cost for the inspections will be borne by client.
4. Confidentiality / Do Not Disclose (DND):
All the information exchanged between the Parties, either oral or written, in
connection with this Offer/ Contract, shall be maintained strictly confidential, except to
the extent necessary to carry out obligations under it or to comply with applicable
Laws.

clients or any other party. The purpose of this Proposal is to provide interested parties
with an offer based on defined and assumed requirements. The entire offer is subject
to change related to any change in the scope of work or terms of contract. This
Proposal is based on material and information available in public domain.
This Proposal, along with its Formats, is not transferable. The Proposal and the
information contained therein are to be used only by the person to whom it is issued.
The information of Proposal shall not be copied or distributed by the recipient to third
parties.
While the Proposal has been prepared in good faith, no representation or warranty,
express or implied, is or will be made, and no responsibility or liability will be accepted
by the Client, its employees or advisors or agents as to or in relation to the accuracy

The binding document between the client and Lobel Solar Power System will be a
defined EPC contract/ material supply contract/ services contract document. Such a
contract document will supersede all previous documents and written / oral
communication.
This Proposal includes certain statements, estimates and projections with respect to
the anticipated future performance of the Project. Such statements, estimates and
projections reflect various assumptions concerning anticipated results, which
assumptions may or may not prove to be correct. Neither the Client nor its employees
or consultants make any representation or warranty with respect to the accuracy of
such statements, estimates and projections and actual performance of the Project nor
any opportunity, which may be materially different from that set forth in such
statements, estimates and projections.
