Logica and Microsoft have formed a cloud
partnership:
• Logica is Microsoft’s unique partner in EMEA for the Windows
Azure Platform
• Microsoft and Logica will jointly develop, market, sell and
deliver cloud architecture solutions for the Windows Azure
Platform and private cloud solutions using Hyper-V Cloud
solutions
• An alliance framework for the short and medium term has
been developed and is in place
