This document discusses the results of a training program for employees. It shows that the employees who received the training achieved a 6% increase in sales per employee compared to a control group. It also shows that the net promoter score, which measures customer satisfaction, increased steadily over time after the training was implemented. Finally, it notes that this training program received two awards, including the Sonae Innovation Award in 2017 and being named the Best Digital Workplace in 2017.
