By self destructing – we mean, snaps disappear in 15 seconds or if posted to your “story” 24 hrs.
Snapchat has kind of a bad reputation for sending nudes & cheating, but the plaform has come a long way from the POV of being beneficial to brands and less an dless of that happening.
My advice – if you don’t want a bad pic floating around the internet of you, don’t take one. I actually read the rules&disclaimers one time and snapchat technically owns anything you take on the app and can use it or your voice without notifying you or paying you.
