1.Project Introduction
1.1 background
With the newly-built Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, the land of
our site in Taylor's Lakeside University is around the basketball court
and behind the basketball court which is just an abandoned small
lake. That lake was abandoned after a few years and dirty sheets and
unsafe. In order to cover up the lake which may be the breeding site
of mosquitoes, dengue, flies and much more. The water in the lake
will be flushed out and soil will fill up the space
1.2 objective
New facilities for Taylor’s student for chilling out
Provide a safe recreational space for all age
Increase parking spaces
Increase the attractiveness of the space
Provide a comfortable space for rejuvenation
Increase the entertainment(bowling centre)
To create a dessert house
To build a basement parking
1.3 output
Utilize the area around the existing basketball court and abandoned
lake to build a 3 floor high building ,providing new entertainment ,
dessert house ,basement parking and new facilities with safety level
and attractiveness.
6. 1.4 benefits
Upgrade infrastructure of university let the university become
more perfect .
Students will have a new place for their leisure time
Fascinate more student come to Taylor's Lakeside Campus to
further their studies
It will let people relax and more enjoy in this school
Provide a conducive learning environment
Provide a recreational space for the nearby community of all
age
Provide more places for social gathering and activity
More parking spaces for students

2.1 Deliverable
A better and upgraded indoor basketball court with air-
conditioning ,comfortable, the room is void from sounds from
outside
A bowling centre , an extra entertainment for the students and
facilities
A dessert house ,those students or lectures ,workers, officer ,
can eat the dessert at the same time can chat with others
discuss things, relax ,release stress and quench
A basement parking , more parking spaces with a safer access
to it

3.1 SITE ANALYSIS

Sulfur surrounding the area.
Surrounded by wild grass and hay
Only one exit to the another parking and to the another exit
Traffic congestion starts around 17:30 p.m. to 19.30 p.m. (time off
work) and starts to clear out round
Rock pebbles on the ground
Beside area is the futsal court
Some construction going on nearby the proposed area
