                               16 oz eggplant
                                                                  2. Preheat a little
                                                                  oil, stir fry garlic
                               SEASONINGS:
                                                                  until fragrant, add
                          + 1 Tsp sugar
                                                                  button mushroom
                          + 1/4 Tsp salt
                                                                  and saute until
                          + 1/2 Tsp natural
                                                                  slightly brown.
                            mushroom seasoning
                          + ¼ Tsp black pepper
                          + ½ Tsp Maggi soy sauce
                          + 2 Tbsp water
                          + 1 Tbsp oil
                                                                  3. Add pre-fried
                                                                  eggplant, basil,
                                                                  chilli and all the
                                                                  seasonings. Mix

                                                                  under high fire.
                                                                  Turn off heat

                            + 1 Tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
                              (or mushroom sauce)
                            + 1/2 cup water
                            + 2 Tbsp oil
                                                                         3. Add sugar, soy
                                                                         sauce, Thai sweet
                                                                         chilli sauce, minced
                                                               1.        chilli and water.
                                 5.
                                                                         Stir fry for a few
                                                                         minutes until sauce
                                                                         gets into the soy

                                                                    into half and cut
                                                                    the bean curd sheet
                                INGREDIENTS:
                                                                    with ½” wider
                           1.   10 sheets seaweed                   perimeter. Place
                           2.   1 large bean curd sheet             seaweed above the
                           3.   1 cup tofu (bean curd)              bean curd sheet.
                           4.   1/2 cup fermented tofu              Spread 2 Tbsp
                                                                    of the Step (1)
                                SEASONINGS:                         mixture, and roll
                           + 1 Tbsp sugar                           into a 4” x 2” wrap.
                           + 1 Tbsp rice flour                       Brush some flour
                           + 1 Tsp natural mushroom                 paste at the end to
                             seasoning
                                                                    seal the wrap.
                           + 1 Tsp salt

                                                                     with the mixture from
                          + 1/2 Tbsp sugar                           Step (1) and flatten
                          + 1 Tsp salt                               the top. Use finger to

                            seasoning                                on the surface of the

                                                                     of the stuffed tomato

                                                                     brown, then flip it

About Supreme Master Ching Hai
                                           Supreme Master Ching Hai attained full
                                          enlightenment in the Himalayas. In 1985,
