Fund Units, Vouchers and Tokens are listed in our blockchain powered
exchange for easy transaction & liquidation between investors.
From time to time as decided by investors of each investment class,
Aptus Capital has program to buy back from Fund Units holders,
Vouchers and Token holders at NAV with the net profits generated from
Aptus Capital operation.
Repurchased Fund Units, Vouchers and Tokens are removed from
circulation, reducing the Fund Units, Vouchers and Token supply and
increasing each remaining Units, Vouchers and Token’s value in the
circulation.
When companies are matured, Aptus as founding shareholder will
arrange the IPO for exiting, return the investment fund to investors.

Structure Closed-end Investment Fund from cash contributed by local investors as
well as foreign investors.
Target size VND 1.800 billion ( USD 80 mil) with investment rollover one time per
year.
Minimum commitment

Investment
objective
The fund will seek to maximize return by investing into prominent start ups
either in cash or in kind, using different types of combination between
equities, bonds, short term notes, vouchers, and providing services such as
back offices operations, PR and marketing. Also, cooperate with third
parties for market making and liquidation of these assets.
Investment period 8 years from the closing date of the Fund.
Term 8 year initial term, subject to 2 one-year extensions.
Target yield 15% (net of fees and expenses). Committed yield of 10% with 20% hurdle
rate anything after 10%.

Formerly a senior officer of Central Bank of Vietnam.
Begin carrier as State Bank of Vietnam official and joined the team to set up SSC
then HCMC Stock Exchange (HOSE), Mr. Bach moved to the private sector,
building up expertise in corporate finance and restructuring, investment banking and
M&As. He also served as Vice-Chairman of Anpha Capital (AUM 95m € listed in
FF Exchange) and was Co-founder and CEO of Horizon Securities Corporation.
Mr. Bach is well connected with the business and investment community and with
public institutions and governmental bodies. Mr. Bach graduated with an MBA from
Solvay Business School in Belgium.

Mr. Phuc manages corporate direction and strategy for all companies, facilitating company
activity in consulting, sales, marketing, alliances and channels, and support.
Prior to establishing as MIG Holdings, Mr. Phuc worked at Samsung Vina Company as
Quality Assurance Manager and Business Development Manager at Vietnam Enterprise

Lao P.D.R., in charge of the bank restructuring and modernization program.
Dr. Chi returned to Vietnam in 2007 to become Deputy Managing Director and Chief
Economist of VinaCapital Group, Vietnam.

American University, Washington, D.C. Dr. Chi holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the

Mr. Luu Tuong Giai holds a 20+ year senior management

Germatrans, a subsidiary of Gemadept. In 2007, He joined Maritime Bank for 5 years as
Vice Chairman. He was instrumental in the successful development of Maritime Bank
