The Association of Students in Humanities, English and Literature (ASHEL) at Mariano Marcos State University proposed a plan of activities for the 2010-2011 school year. The plan included over 30 academic, cultural, religious, and fundraising events including maintaining bulletin boards, selling water, film viewings, quizzes, debates, and an English month celebration with various competitions. The events aimed to promote English education and culture among students while also raising funds for ASHEL. A budget was allocated for each event, totaling over 150,000 PHP for the year's activities.
