1. PRESENTATION

The project comes in the form of a concept of sanitation and recycling of domestic
wastewater effluents with the main objective of:
"The immediate reintegration of the treated water for the ecosystem development of vege-
tal biodiversity”. Domestic waste water is a universal problem.
The concept answers to the needs to remove all impurities of human, animal and vege-
table origin, called OM, "Organic Matter" as well as biological material and residues from
domestic households maintenance.
All drinking water consumed for the vital needs of everyday life, when dirty, must, be
treated prior to its return to the natural environment.
In this approach, the company Lyse Concept implements a concept of innovative
treatment called "Pit biological" lyseconcept. The wastewater treated by biological micro pro-
cessing, offers an instantaneously green recycling solution.
The natural and biological process principle excludes any chemical industrial sanitation.
The 14 biological settings enabled in the system, provide a cleansing of waste water by
'biodegradation of organic matter. All these parameters, complementary to each other, are
unique independent household equipped with a non collective cleaning system.
The cleaning treatment of the "Pit biological" lyseconcept process is based upon the prin-
ciple that all sanitation thus constituted, is AEROBIAN environment.

1. Schematic

We can see on the following scheme the essential points that characterize the process:
      - Household and its points of water,
      - The wastewater collection,
      - The treatment site by itself
      - The outlet,
      - The recycling.

Ventilation plays an important role; it is fully involved into the system.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

    1. The use of drinking water: a biological attitude

The biotechnological concept of the "Pit biological" lyseconcept combines a
specific technical design, with the natural biology of wastewater, up to a treatment that
uses the principle of natural purification "biodegradation" of OM (organic).
While the treatment chemically polluted water is by definition impossible, the
treatment of dirty water but still preserved in its state of biological origin, on the contra-
      ry very effective.
This is done by the consciousness, that the smallest change in our daily habits will
be a beneficial and lasting action on performance of biological wastewater treatment.
In this process, Lyse Concept implements its organic Charter defined as a "Biolo-
      gical attitude."
This Charter commits the user to remove any usage of chemicals and modify any con-
duct against the system. The market offers today a wide range of natural health products
      and household cleaners.

The concept participates, by individual accountability, to the awareness and
education to respect the use of drinking water

2.The route of wastewater effluents to the treatment site.

    Domestic sewage sanitation concerns:
      • the effluents from an individual household
      • the effluents coming from the domestic parts of industrial zones with the guaranty of a
separated network from the one of the industrial waste water.
      • sanitation wastewater of restaurant sites, show rooms, reception spots, sport sites, all
being subject to the implementation of a specific protocol.

All domestic sewage pipes from the water points (kitchen, toilet, and bathroom) flow into
a main collector.
The effluents through the collecting pipe are thrown to the treatment site outside the
household.
A splitting pit is positioned on the main pipe, either outside the household or inbounds the
treatment site in order to facilitate the maintenance of the facility

3. The "biological pit" treatment site lyseconcept

          !The biological pit

It is a real tool for the treatment of the final domestic wastewater that doesn’t require any
obligation of adding palliative treatment.
It covers all of the domestic sewage generated by the household.
The construction material is in armed concrete,, molded in a shutter and vibrated, on
which even a truck can ride.
The pit is equipped with two anchor points cast manufacturing on which slings for han-
dling are pre-set. The biological pit is installed in a strategic location to facilitate its settle-
ment by a truck crane while leaving an accessibility of maintenance (combination of control
and monitoring).
The rectangular visit trap is also made of reinforced concrete and positioned in the center
of the upper part. It’s easy to open with a suitable tool, but for security reasons, it’s very im-
possible to be done by children. It is totally sealed and waterproof in the flood zone.

It is a "biological pit " because it works thanks to the following naturally present parame-
ter:
Aerobia, bacteria, oxygen, fluids liking, atmosphere, temperature lead to the settlement of
an depuration tool by biodegradation of the waste water.

               ! Transit time

The technical nature of the “biological" Pit lyseconcept process uses the principle of Ar-
chimedes which requires that the incoming fluid pushes the existing liquid.
This leads to a transit time which will be even longer than the volume to be treated will be
bigger and by consequences, will imply a very high performance level to the waste water
treatment.
This compulsory transit period estimated to be approximately 8 days, allows the organic
material to get an optimized disintegration, liquefaction and biodegradation,
The examinations of biological analysis results, carried out on sites already in service,
samples, show that M.E.S (organic matter in Suspension) rates of the release of water treated
by the “biological Pit " lyseconcept process are similar to those found naturally in the soil.

               !The Biodegradation principle.

The “biological Pit " lyseconcept process relies on the creation and preservation of a natu-
ral purification ecosystem of biodegradation by micro-organisms.
A useful bacteria develops by fission approximately every 20 minutes which produces 265
000 useful bacteria within 6 hours.
The user, by its accession to the biological attitude, permanently supports and strengthens
the purification ecosystem.

               !Technical description

Treatment of wastewater operation begins in the household and ends up into to vegetal
Waste water circulates mainly in sanitation system by gravidity flow.
The treatment site consists in burring concrete pits" biological Pit " lyseconcept, and usin
a minimal ground space.
The treatment percentage into the primary pit is estimated at 40%, about the same amount
into the secondary pit, but by exponential effect, we raze about 95%. The primary pit, which
receives the effluents with a maximum charge, is equipped with biotechnological system in
proportion with the secondary pit where the effluents are in liquefied state.

Siret : FR79 488080128 Mobile: 06 03 65 87 26
Waste water in biological state is treated by a biological device, which provides a water of
organic rejection in output of the device. It contains fine particles of organic matter in suspen-
sion and an active bacterial flora. Rejected in the natural environment as it is, it benefits to the
biodiversity of the dispersion area.
Based upon this here above technical description, we can assert that an installation of the "
biological Pit " lyseconcept process is in line with the accommodation and its environment.

            ! Implantation

The treatment site of "Pit biological" lyseconcept by its small footprint is easily incorpo-
rated into the immediate environment of the household while preserving the existing flora.
This system can be installed underneath a path, in a garden, along a wall, on a carriage path,
in a flat or steep ground, on the ground or buried and at what ever distance from a building.

The chosen solution will preserve the existing vegetation, should by in harmony with the
environment and will prevent the collapsing and crushing and will bring the best solution to
use the recycled water.

     Ventilation ®

This is not only aeration but aerodynamic specific ventilation which covers the whole treatment sys-
tem.

It consists in a high and low point, which work according to the thermo siphon principle.

The aim of the ventilation is to take out the alteration of the general biological state of the sewage
and the waste water effluents in particular, due to the methane gas accumulation.

Independent, this works, should the household be occupied or not.

    4 The outlet

The outlet is an integral part of the project: it is linked to the first stage of the con-
cept, which is the use of water in the household. Once all the treatment system is
filled to its highest level, the water overflows in order to be directed towards the dis-
persion area.
The water level of the whole dispositive is constant, only the consumed water volume
goes out of the “biological pit” Lyse system allowing keeping a maximum treatment
volume.
Water output of the device, flows freely and continuously to the falling point in pro-
portion of the household consumption.

                                                   8
Toulon le 10 Juin 2011
Water treated outfall discharge is always done by gravity. It is directed to the disper-
sion area into a buried flexible or CPV pipe of what ever diameter. This part of the
device will be completely secure to prevent access to children.

    5 Water recycling

With the implementation of the treatment concept “biological" Pit lyseconcept t, waste
domestic water, despite of the mineral and organic pollution it contains, is a resource of na-
tural origin, therefore recoverable to a valuable raw material.
The “biological Pit " lyseconcept process specific recycling operation preserves the bio-
logical parameters of its state of origin, while reducing the nutrients it contains without
   eradicating them.
This function of natural recycling adapts itself to climate changes. The use of this re-
cycled wastewater for the watering of the garden will therefore be beneficial throughout
   the year whatever the season.
The evacuation pipe is positioned in the middle of the vegetal, on the ground and co-
vered by the grove or the hedges of shrubs chosen as reception area.
This form of rejection by dispersion of the water n the surface allows to minimize infil-
   tration within the ground:
   • Part disappears by natural evaporation
   • Some is absorbed by the existing vegetation.
   • Part slightly infiltrates into the soil
   •
This rejecting method is participating in the ecosystem of fertilization and topsoil enrich-
ment.

2. IMPLEMENTATION CONFIGURATIONS

    1. The implementation parameters

            ! "Equivalent inhabitant"

The number of persons using the sites linked to the treatment system determines the vo-
lume of treatment. People are many, more volume is therefore.
This volume determines the number and size of the pits.
A safety margin will determine the size of the pits, always rounding down to the upper
size.
            ! The volume of processing

The volume to be processed by the “biological Pit " lyseconcept process is always a lea-
ding factor.
It has an influence on transit time which strengthens the treatment quality. (Efficiency)

The necessary number of pits influences therefore the superficies on the ground and the lay
out of the pits.

             ! Types of implementation

They depend on several criteria:
Households, installation zones, accessibility of the sites and the outlet, which will deter-
mine the layout of the pits.
They will be implemented either side by side or in line.
The concept is based on the multiplication of the pits which allows:
• To implement an adapted processing volume
• To facilitate the effluents transit taking into accounts the organic charge.
• To offer installation in line with environmental legislation.

A volume of consumed water does not give systematically a generalized proportion of or-
ganic matter. A restaurant or a boarding school will produce an bigger organic charge than the
one of a Sports Hall.
The more the treatment volume is high the more the treatment function will be multiplied.
• On the one hand by the increase of the number of pits.
• On the other one by an adjustment of the technical process.

For example, three forms of the lyseconcept initiative!
• The most common sites 6 M !, 8 M !, 10 M !
• The semi collective site 3x3M! and one of 9 M !

• The collective agricultural high school site (internship and Clerkship 700 persons) 14
        pits 10 M !.

             !Principle of ventilation

It is based on a flow of air between two points.
A mono tube high point installed in the extension of the main pipe located at the top of the
installation, mounted on the roof to exceed the level of the apex.
It is open to all winds, without directional hat or no closure.
In an area where the wind they fold on the home a wind or electromechanical dynamic air
Extractor, is installed on that conduct.
In low point, air inlet pipe is connected to a point of the trough of secondary or the last
trough of treatment where the site includes several pits.
As a matter of aestetic line is PE (polyethylene) flexible. It is buried right out of the site, it
is directed toward a wall, a shrub, a hedge where it comes out of the ground about 20 cm.
On a facility to be completely airtight, located in a flood zone, this pipeline will recover a
consistent height to the probable height of the rise of water, more than 20 cm approximately.
The air intake can be fitted with an anti return valve and/or an empty anti valve.

2 The installation of a site

           !The earthwork

The Earth is always chosen among local businesses very aware of the topography of the
ground.
The specification provided contains all the technical features of the site to implement:

The dimensions of work!
• Dimension of right-of-way on the ground
• The height of the pits
• The thread of water entry to connect to the mainline
• The volume of processing
• The weight of each element

Additional materials!
• The layer of sand stabilization of about 10 cm
• The thickness of the insulation: 2, 4, 10 cm polystyrene plate

The depth of the cavity receiving the device also depends on the depth of burial of ef-
fluents from the household and its intake pipe wire of water.
              !The pits

The product is delivered, ready to use and includes a handling embedded system on which
we screw to anchor slings.
The lids are in place, the input and output connection to water main is equipped with ex-
pansion joints. An expansion joint must also be installed on the main upstream.

            !The laying

     It takes two hours.
The crane truck retrieves the rigging slings on anchor points.
It filed each pit in its location according to the specification, the pit N ° 1, then pit N ° 2,
inline or side-to-side as previously described.

        !Connections

The following connections are made:
 • Main collector is connected to the primary pit
 • A pipeline linking the two pits between them
 • The pipe of the outlet
 • The pipe of the air intake
 • The lids are positioned and sealed if necessary

        !The burial

Once all connections are made, water discharge evacuation systems in its final position,
the covers in their place and sealed, the pits are buried as demonstrated on the implementation
scheme.

The level of burial is in function of:
• The height of the pit
• The level of the ground once the installation is completed
• The entry of the thread of water level

If the thread of water, coming from the effluent water collector is low, the pits will be bu-
ried deeply, a more important layer of earth will be required to reach ground level.
When the thickness of recovery doesn’t allow access to the visit traps, raising blocks are
required.
The material of rising blocks can be made of:
• Polyethylene (PE) with a screw closure, which will be at the ground level.
• Concrete will be systematically chosen if the system is close to a rolling area, with a visit
trap either in concrete or in steel.

• The diameter of the raising blocks will be adapted in order to allow an easy access thee pit
    inside.

! Special implementation of the device

Specific developments due to the topography of the places are sometimes necessary.

Unstable ground!
• Repartition paving stone
In case of a marshy or unstable soil a repartition paving stone will be casted before the settle-
ment of the site.
• Slab of anchorage
In case of a steep unstable ground an anchor slab is implemented before the installation.

Flood

    The various conditions
• case of heavy rains flooding the device located lower than ground level
• cases of implementation of the site near an aquatic environment potentially able to cover
    the whole site by overflow.

    Solutions
All these specific facilities previously described, will be completed by a total seal of the "
biological Pit " lyseconcept process.
Modus operandi of a full sealing:
The visit traps as well as the raising blocks are waterproof sealed. In the case of raising
blocks in PE, a screwed cover will close the access to the pit inside, in case of concrete raising
blocks; the metallic trap of the cover is sealed.

                                                14
Toulon le 10 Juin 2011

Water and air entries / exits, the rejection pipe etc.… will be sealed as well. The start of
the site are all sealed watertight. The tip of the dispersion pipe is equipped with an anti return
valve; the ventilation pipe and the air inlet will be elevated to a sufficient security level.

Other specific arrangements!
Electro mechanical or wind extractor is installed on the house roof in case of a malfunc-
tioning of the natural ventilation
A lifting pump is installed in case of a far away remote sewage pipe or if it is located be-
low the treatment site level.
Lifting pump is put in place in all cases where the land is flat to send to accelerate the wa-
ter reject to the watering zone.
            !Forms of refined water discharge

Gravity discharge

The rejection by rehabilitation

The rejection by rising up is done according to the same scheme than a classical watering
with a garden hose. This pipe is connected to the lifting pump specific ® to our system and
sent to the reception area. The pipe is superficially buried or covered.

4 SPECIAL DESIGN

1 An installation of a semi collective system

                                         16
Toulon le 10 Juin 2011
The submission of implementation above is autonomous sanitation.
We can see that several households are connected but each one is connected to its own
primary pit and is responsible for its maintenance. The single secondary pit collects all the
wastewater coming from the primary pits. Water treated and recycled in output of the device
is used for immediate watering of the common areas.
In the case of a biological dysfunction, it is easier to locate the origin of the problem
The separation of each processing tool also allows protecting the other parts of the
treatment site from an accidental pollution.

5 MAINTENANCE

             !The installation book

It is issued on the day of service implementation.
It is nominative of the place of implementation so to ensure the monitoring of the installa-
tion
    It includes:
• - The date of commissioning
• - The features of the process
• - The number of pits
• - The processing volume
• - The provision of implementation
• - The area of dispersal

A part is devoted to the annual maintenance where all the interventions made are listed.
Any intervention is registered for a follow-up and a good understanding of the biological
evolution of the site.
A place is left free for anyone who came to control the site.

             !Annual visit

The annual tour includes a diagnosis of functioning and an appreciation of the envi-
ronment.
Only a person trained by "Biological Pit " lyseconcept can make a diagnosis of biological
function.
A biological plumber will be in charge of maintenance of the installation
Phone assistance service is provided 24 h round the clock

!The biological ® flushing

The principle of the "Biological Pit" lyseconcept process is to reduce the organic matter.
The action of micro-organisms has no incidence on the mineral residues.
Lyseconcept develops a technology through a specific procedure, which allows compen-
sating for any possible clogging of the bottom of pits without using a drain.
This experience is at the origin of several scientific discoveries, it remains confidential. It
was put into practice for several months and confirms all our expectations.

            !The control sampling

It is done systematically during each annual maintenance visit.
The instantaneous sampling is easily done either into the pit or , for more adequacy at the
exit of the system. It gives immediately a clear and precise visual response.
The samples could be given to a laboratory for biological analysis when the operator’s
diagnosis justifies it.
2. Guarantees insurance

           ! Contractor

The installation and implementation of the "biological pit" lyseconcept can be performed
only by a person trained to this effect, the "biological plumber", a brand new job concept. It is
the same person who will ensure the maintenance of the devices installed on the area.
Each facility is covered by insurance to contractor.
           ! Scientific Certification

We provide scientific service certification of the process established by an independent
laboratory: it certifies the performance of the OM reduction between the input and output of a
control site over a 24 hour period

1. Administrative obligations

           ! Declaration of installation

The site is declared "pilot site" of treatment by biological purification, to administrations in
charge of individual sanitation of domestic wastewater.

           ! User manual (see appendix)

It includes all the here after documentation:
     - General scheme of implementation,
     - Technical features of the site,
     - Scientific certification,
     - A custom quote,
     - The installation scheme

3. SYNTHESIS

The filtration principle of the conventional domestic waste water treatment, such as cur-
rently executed nowadays, is unfortunately only resulting in a muddy residue production, part
of it being sent into the soil and the other stocked part will be destroyed via a palliative pro-
cess. .
This last one, by convention, is generating products and under products in cascade, gene-
ration an important treatment cost, which should be, added to the environment degradation
which ecological impact is difficult to quantify.
A profound revolution of the waste water treatment is going on thanks to the “biological
pit” lyseconcept process.
This process actions are:
! Ecological while the treatment is definitively complete “in situ” and above the ground
      level.
! Economical , because it is natural, not energy consuming and totally autonomous,
! Biological, because it uses an infinite natural resource: the useful bacteria.

It preserves a scarce resource, water. Recycling of clean water is involved in the develop-
ment of the biodiversity of surface.
This water will fertilize the soil for a better vegetal production, which by photosynthesis
renews the oxygen in our atmosphere (absorb the CO2 produced O2).

Social progress!
The installation of the “biological Pit " lyseconcept process is not so costly. The financial
investment is amortized on short term by recycling the treated water.
This recycling is not restricted to watering the garden but can still be exploited differently:
• Outdoor cleaning
• Street cleaning
• Cleaning of facades, soil
• Cleaning of household waste environment (public infrastructure: garbage areas)

Direct consequences!
! Cleansing of soil and the subsoil
   ! Cleansing of groundwater
! Cleansing of natural aquatic environments of surface
! Costs reduction o waste water treatment
! Reduce the cost cleansing household waste treatment
! Reduction of air pollution due to methane
! Reduction of drinking water consumption
! Reduction of chemicals products used for home cleaning

                                                20
Toulon le 10 Juin 2011

Projection through the time!
! Sewage treatment plants will disappear thanks to individual performing individual
      units respecting the environment.
! People adhesion to the biological attitude within the environment respect. .
! Participation in a food agriculture project.

Participation in sedentary life plan for nomadic tribes in arid zone.!

The means developed today in eco-construction of a household enable us to implement
energy self supplied homes regardless of the zone (solar energy, local construction materials,
drinkable water supply).
To complete the picture in the respect for the environment, the essential biological
treatment of wastewater is missing.
It provides free and necessary supplements for local agriculture (fruits and vegetables):
- Water containing nutrients, micronutrients for vegetal development.
- Organic matter to fertilize agricultural lands and gardens.

  • 3. Toulon le 10 Juin 2011 1. PRESENTATION The project comes in the form of a concept of sanitation and recycling of domestic wastewater effluents with the main objective of: "The immediate reintegration of the treated water for the ecosystem development of vege- tal biodiversity”. Domestic waste water is a universal problem. The concept answers to the needs to remove all impurities of human, animal and vege- table origin, called OM, "Organic Matter" as well as biological material and residues from domestic households maintenance. All drinking water consumed for the vital needs of everyday life, when dirty, must, be treated prior to its return to the natural environment. In this approach, the company Lyse Concept implements a concept of innovative treatment called "Pit biological" lyseconcept. The wastewater treated by biological micro pro- cessing, offers an instantaneously green recycling solution. The natural and biological process principle excludes any chemical industrial sanitation. The 14 biological settings enabled in the system, provide a cleansing of waste water by 'biodegradation of organic matter. All these parameters, complementary to each other, are unique independent household equipped with a non collective cleaning system. The cleaning treatment of the "Pit biological" lyseconcept process is based upon the prin- ciple that all sanitation thus constituted, is AEROBIAN environment. Adresse : 155, Rue Général. • 4. 1. Schematic We can see on the following scheme the essential points that characterize the process: - Household and its points of water, - The wastewater collection, - The treatment site by itself - The outlet, - The recycling. Ventilation plays an important role; it is fully involved into the system. . 4
  • 5. Toulon le 10 Juin 2011 PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION 1. The use of drinking water: a biological attitude The biotechnological concept of the "Pit biological" lyseconcept combines a specific technical design, with the natural biology of wastewater, up to a treatment that uses the principle of natural purification "biodegradation" of OM (organic). While the treatment chemically polluted water is by definition impossible, the treatment of dirty water but still preserved in its state of biological origin, on the contra- ry very effective. This is done by the consciousness, that the smallest change in our daily habits will be a beneficial and lasting action on performance of biological wastewater treatment. In this process, Lyse Concept implements its organic Charter defined as a "Biolo- gical attitude." This Charter commits the user to remove any usage of chemicals and modify any con- duct against the system. The market offers today a wide range of natural health products and household cleaners. The concept participates, by individual accountability, to the awareness and education to respect the use of drinking water 2.The route of wastewater effluents to the treatment site. Domestic sewage sanitation concerns: • the effluents from an individual household • the effluents coming from the domestic parts of industrial zones with the guaranty of a separated network from the one of the industrial waste water. • sanitation wastewater of restaurant sites, show rooms, reception spots, sport sites, all being subject to the implementation of a specific protocol. All domestic sewage pipes from the water points (kitchen, toilet, and bathroom) flow into a main collector. The effluents through the collecting pipe are thrown to the treatment site outside the household. A splitting pit is positioned on the main pipe, either outside the household or inbounds the treatment site in order to facilitate the maintenance of the facility Adresse : 155, Rue Général. • 6. 3. The "biological pit" treatment site lyseconcept !The biological pit It is a real tool for the treatment of the final domestic wastewater that doesn’t require any obligation of adding palliative treatment. It covers all of the domestic sewage generated by the household. The construction material is in armed concrete,, molded in a shutter and vibrated, on which even a truck can ride. The pit is equipped with two anchor points cast manufacturing on which slings for han- dling are pre-set. The biological pit is installed in a strategic location to facilitate its settle- ment by a truck crane while leaving an accessibility of maintenance (combination of control and monitoring). The rectangular visit trap is also made of reinforced concrete and positioned in the center of the upper part. It’s easy to open with a suitable tool, but for security reasons, it’s very im- possible to be done by children. It is totally sealed and waterproof in the flood zone. * See technical feature of the manufacturer in annex exhibit 6
  • 7. Toulon le 10 Juin 2011 It is a "biological pit " because it works thanks to the following naturally present parame- ter: Aerobia, bacteria, oxygen, fluids liking, atmosphere, temperature lead to the settlement of an depuration tool by biodegradation of the waste water. ! Transit time The technical nature of the “biological" Pit lyseconcept process uses the principle of Ar- chimedes which requires that the incoming fluid pushes the existing liquid. This leads to a transit time which will be even longer than the volume to be treated will be bigger and by consequences, will imply a very high performance level to the waste water treatment. This compulsory transit period estimated to be approximately 8 days, allows the organic material to get an optimized disintegration, liquefaction and biodegradation, The examinations of biological analysis results, carried out on sites already in service, samples, show that M.E.S (organic matter in Suspension) rates of the release of water treated by the “biological Pit " lyseconcept process are similar to those found naturally in the soil. !The Biodegradation principle. The “biological Pit " lyseconcept process relies on the creation and preservation of a natu- ral purification ecosystem of biodegradation by micro-organisms. A useful bacteria develops by fission approximately every 20 minutes which produces 265 000 useful bacteria within 6 hours. The user, by its accession to the biological attitude, permanently supports and strengthens the purification ecosystem. !Technical description Treatment of wastewater operation begins in the household and ends up into to vegetal Waste water circulates mainly in sanitation system by gravidity flow. The treatment site consists in burring concrete pits" biological Pit " lyseconcept, and usin a minimal ground space. The treatment percentage into the primary pit is estimated at 40%, about the same amount into the secondary pit, but by exponential effect, we raze about 95%. The primary pit, which receives the effluents with a maximum charge, is equipped with biotechnological system in proportion with the secondary pit where the effluents are in liquefied state. • 8. Waste water in biological state is treated by a biological device, which provides a water of organic rejection in output of the device. It contains fine particles of organic matter in suspen- sion and an active bacterial flora. Rejected in the natural environment as it is, it benefits to the biodiversity of the dispersion area. Based upon this here above technical description, we can assert that an installation of the " biological Pit " lyseconcept process is in line with the accommodation and its environment. ! Implantation The treatment site of "Pit biological" lyseconcept by its small footprint is easily incorpo- rated into the immediate environment of the household while preserving the existing flora. This system can be installed underneath a path, in a garden, along a wall, on a carriage path, in a flat or steep ground, on the ground or buried and at what ever distance from a building. The chosen solution will preserve the existing vegetation, should by in harmony with the environment and will prevent the collapsing and crushing and will bring the best solution to use the recycled water. Ventilation ® This is not only aeration but aerodynamic specific ventilation which covers the whole treatment sys- tem. It consists in a high and low point, which work according to the thermo siphon principle. The aim of the ventilation is to take out the alteration of the general biological state of the sewage and the waste water effluents in particular, due to the methane gas accumulation. Independent, this works, should the household be occupied or not. 4 The outlet The outlet is an integral part of the project: it is linked to the first stage of the con- cept, which is the use of water in the household. Once all the treatment system is filled to its highest level, the water overflows in order to be directed towards the dis- persion area. The water level of the whole dispositive is constant, only the consumed water volume goes out of the “biological pit” Lyse system allowing keeping a maximum treatment volume. Water output of the device, flows freely and continuously to the falling point in pro- portion of the household consumption. 8
  • 9. Toulon le 10 Juin 2011 Water treated outfall discharge is always done by gravity. It is directed to the disper- sion area into a buried flexible or CPV pipe of what ever diameter. This part of the device will be completely secure to prevent access to children. 5 Water recycling With the implementation of the treatment concept “biological" Pit lyseconcept t, waste domestic water, despite of the mineral and organic pollution it contains, is a resource of na- tural origin, therefore recoverable to a valuable raw material. The “biological Pit " lyseconcept process specific recycling operation preserves the bio- logical parameters of its state of origin, while reducing the nutrients it contains without eradicating them. This function of natural recycling adapts itself to climate changes. The use of this re- cycled wastewater for the watering of the garden will therefore be beneficial throughout the year whatever the season. The evacuation pipe is positioned in the middle of the vegetal, on the ground and co- vered by the grove or the hedges of shrubs chosen as reception area. This form of rejection by dispersion of the water n the surface allows to minimize infil- tration within the ground: • Part disappears by natural evaporation • Some is absorbed by the existing vegetation. • Part slightly infiltrates into the soil • This rejecting method is participating in the ecosystem of fertilization and topsoil enrich- ment. 2. IMPLEMENTATION CONFIGURATIONS 1. The implementation parameters ! "Equivalent inhabitant" The number of persons using the sites linked to the treatment system determines the vo- lume of treatment. People are many, more volume is therefore. This volume determines the number and size of the pits. A safety margin will determine the size of the pits, always rounding down to the upper size. ! The volume of processing The volume to be processed by the “biological Pit " lyseconcept process is always a lea- ding factor. It has an influence on transit time which strengthens the treatment quality. (Efficiency) Adresse : 155, Rue Général. Types of implementation They depend on several criteria: Households, installation zones, accessibility of the sites and the outlet, which will deter- mine the layout of the pits. They will be implemented either side by side or in line. The concept is based on the multiplication of the pits which allows: • To implement an adapted processing volume • To facilitate the effluents transit taking into accounts the organic charge. • To offer installation in line with environmental legislation. A volume of consumed water does not give systematically a generalized proportion of or- ganic matter. A restaurant or a boarding school will produce an bigger organic charge than the one of a Sports Hall. 10
  • 11. A mono tube high point installed in the extension of the main pipe located at the top of the installation, mounted on the roof to exceed the level of the apex. It is open to all winds, without directional hat or no closure. In an area where the wind they fold on the home a wind or electromechanical dynamic air Extractor, is installed on that conduct. In low point, air inlet pipe is connected to a point of the trough of secondary or the last trough of treatment where the site includes several pits. As a matter of aestetic line is PE (polyethylene) flexible. It is buried right out of the site, it is directed toward a wall, a shrub, a hedge where it comes out of the ground about 20 cm. On a facility to be completely airtight, located in a flood zone, this pipeline will recover a consistent height to the probable height of the rise of water, more than 20 cm approximately. The air intake can be fitted with an anti return valve and/or an empty anti valve. Adresse : 155, Rue Général. • 14. The level of burial is in function of: • The height of the pit • The level of the ground once the installation is completed • The entry of the thread of water level If the thread of water, coming from the effluent water collector is low, the pits will be bu- ried deeply, a more important layer of earth will be required to reach ground level. When the thickness of recovery doesn’t allow access to the visit traps, raising blocks are required. The material of rising blocks can be made of: • Polyethylene (PE) with a screw closure, which will be at the ground level. • Concrete will be systematically chosen if the system is close to a rolling area, with a visit trap either in concrete or in steel. • The diameter of the raising blocks will be adapted in order to allow an easy access thee pit inside. ! Special implementation of the device Specific developments due to the topography of the places are sometimes necessary. Unstable ground! • Repartition paving stone In case of a marshy or unstable soil a repartition paving stone will be casted before the settle- ment of the site. • Slab of anchorage In case of a steep unstable ground an anchor slab is implemented before the installation. Flood The various conditions • case of heavy rains flooding the device located lower than ground level • cases of implementation of the site near an aquatic environment potentially able to cover the whole site by overflow. Solutions All these specific facilities previously described, will be completed by a total seal of the " biological Pit " lyseconcept process. Modus operandi of a full sealing: The visit traps as well as the raising blocks are waterproof sealed. In the case of raising blocks in PE, a screwed cover will close the access to the pit inside, in case of concrete raising blocks; the metallic trap of the cover is sealed. 14
  • 15. Toulon le 10 Juin 2011 Water and air entries / exits, the rejection pipe etc.… will be sealed as well. The start of the site are all sealed watertight. The tip of the dispersion pipe is equipped with an anti return valve; the ventilation pipe and the air inlet will be elevated to a sufficient security level. Other specific arrangements! Electro mechanical or wind extractor is installed on the house roof in case of a malfunc- tioning of the natural ventilation A lifting pump is installed in case of a far away remote sewage pipe or if it is located be- low the treatment site level. Lifting pump is put in place in all cases where the land is flat to send to accelerate the wa- ter reject to the watering zone. !Forms of refined water discharge Gravity discharge The rejection by rehabilitation The rejection by rising up is done according to the same scheme than a classical watering with a garden hose. This pipe is connected to the lifting pump specific ® to our system and sent to the reception area. The pipe is superficially buried or covered. Adresse : 155, Rue Général. • 17. Toulon le 10 Juin 2011 The submission of implementation above is autonomous sanitation. We can see that several households are connected but each one is connected to its own primary pit and is responsible for its maintenance. The single secondary pit collects all the wastewater coming from the primary pits. Water treated and recycled in output of the device is used for immediate watering of the common areas. In the case of a biological dysfunction, it is easier to locate the origin of the problem The separation of each processing tool also allows protecting the other parts of the treatment site from an accidental pollution. 5 MAINTENANCE !The installation book It is issued on the day of service implementation. It is nominative of the place of implementation so to ensure the monitoring of the installa- tion It includes: • - The date of commissioning • - The features of the process • - The number of pits • - The processing volume • - The provision of implementation • - The area of dispersal A part is devoted to the annual maintenance where all the interventions made are listed. Any intervention is registered for a follow-up and a good understanding of the biological evolution of the site. A place is left free for anyone who came to control the site. !Annual visit The annual tour includes a diagnosis of functioning and an appreciation of the envi- ronment. • 18. !The biological ® flushing The principle of the "Biological Pit" lyseconcept process is to reduce the organic matter. The action of micro-organisms has no incidence on the mineral residues. Lyseconcept develops a technology through a specific procedure, which allows compen- sating for any possible clogging of the bottom of pits without using a drain. This experience is at the origin of several scientific discoveries, it remains confidential. It was put into practice for several months and confirms all our expectations. !The control sampling It is done systematically during each annual maintenance visit. The instantaneous sampling is easily done either into the pit or , for more adequacy at the exit of the system. It gives immediately a clear and precise visual response. The samples could be given to a laboratory for biological analysis when the operator’s diagnosis justifies it. 2. Guarantees insurance ! Contractor The installation and implementation of the "biological pit" lyseconcept can be performed only by a person trained to this effect, the "biological plumber", a brand new job concept. • 20. 3. SYNTHESIS The filtration principle of the conventional domestic waste water treatment, such as cur- rently executed nowadays, is unfortunately only resulting in a muddy residue production, part of it being sent into the soil and the other stocked part will be destroyed via a palliative pro- cess. . This last one, by convention, is generating products and under products in cascade, gene- ration an important treatment cost, which should be, added to the environment degradation which ecological impact is difficult to quantify. A profound revolution of the waste water treatment is going on thanks to the “biological pit” lyseconcept process. This process actions are: ! Ecological while the treatment is definitively complete “in situ” and above the ground level. ! Economical , because it is natural, not energy consuming and totally autonomous, ! Biological, because it uses an infinite natural resource: the useful bacteria. It preserves a scarce resource, water. Recycling of clean water is involved in the develop- ment of the biodiversity of surface. This water will fertilize the soil for a better vegetal production, which by photosynthesis renews the oxygen in our atmosphere (absorb the CO2 produced O2). Social progress! The installation of the “biological Pit " lyseconcept process is not so costly. The financial investment is amortized on short term by recycling the treated water. This recycling is not restricted to watering the garden but can still be exploited differently: • Outdoor cleaning • Street cleaning • Cleaning of facades, soil • Cleaning of household waste environment (public infrastructure: garbage areas) Direct consequences! ! Cleansing of soil and the subsoil ! Cleansing of groundwater ! Cleansing of natural aquatic environments of surface ! Costs reduction o waste water treatment ! Reduce the cost cleansing household waste treatment ! Reduction of air pollution due to methane ! Reduction of drinking water consumption ! Reduction of chemicals products used for home cleaning 20
