The hardest thing to understand is why we can
understand anything at all - Albert Einstein
Creative
Thinking
"If you always think the way you've always thought,
you'll always get what you've always got."
Where do good new ideas come from ?

That’s simple…..from differences.

Creativity comes from unlikely juxta-positions.

The best way to maximize differences is to mix ages,
cultures and disciplines.

             - Nicholas Negroponte, founder and director, MIT Media Lab

The problem is never how to get new, innovative

About 70 per cent of the information we use
comes through our eyes.
Therefore you should develop your ability
            to see things
                    and
                        make detailed observations.

 For they are the materials
                  for future creative thinking.

What is
Creativity

   ?
“Creativity is thinking new, Innovation is doing new”
Definitions of
                                     creativity
Sternberg et al. defined creativity as the

“ability to produce work that that is novel (i.e.,original, unexpected),
high in quality, and appropriate (i.e.,useful, meets task constraints)”

Rothenberg defined

“creativity as the production of something that is both new and truly
valuable”
Creativity is a form of energy starting from "Nothing"
and generating great, original and unique values.

Creativity is generally accepted in cognitive psychology as
the capacity to perform mental work that leads to an
outcome both novel and applicable.
The latter part of the 20th century saw a considerable literature from

psychology on problem solving ability
                            and

the rise of psychometric tools to facilitate such measurements,

as well as studies of exceptional performance
                               and

related personality traits thought to contribute to creativity.
For the individual, creativity is important
in solving problems in daily life as well as in the workplace.

For society, creativity can lead to new movements in art
and design, inventions, and new scientific findings.

In recent years several reports have brought creativity to the fore as being vital
to the creation of new jobs and products, and therefore vital to the economic
well being and future development of any country’s economy
