Academic Project:
Project Title: Sparduino
Team Size : 4
Description: Autonomous Spy robot. The Objective of this Project is to design and implement
Intelligent Spy Robot using Embedded Microcontroller. The Robot is controlled from the PC by a
ZigBee communication Module. It works on stored Program Concept. Monitoring and detection is
done using smoke sensor, PIR sensor, Proximity inductive metallic detector, Ultrasonic sensor,
Wireless camera, ZigBee and Compass.
Technical specifications: Arduino IDE, XCTU software, Microcontroller, Embedded C, Peer to peer
wireless communication.
2. Academic Hobby Project:
• Smart toll gate billing:
RFID Toll Road Payment systems have really helped a lot in reducing the heavy congestion caused in
the metropolitan cities of today. It is one of the easiest methods used to organize the heavy flow of
traffic. When the car moves through the toll gate on any road, it is indicated on the RFID reader
that it has crossed the clearing using RFID technology.
• Smart irrigation system:
This prototype aims at saving time and avoiding problems like constant vigilance. It also helps in
water conservation by automatically providing water to the plants/gardens depending on their
water requirements. It can also prove to be efficient in Agricultural fields, Lawns & Parks. As
technology is advancing, there is always a chance of reducing risks and making work simpler.
• Intelligent traffic control for ambulance:
The patient is carried in the cardiac van, whose various parameters are being measured by the
sensory units inside the van. These parameters are constantly being sent to the hospital unit via
GSM technology in the form of a message of data (SMS). The hospital you can see is at the side of
road and it is receiving these SMS’s via a dedicated mobile phone.
Seminars & Workshops:
• Member in conducting 2-days seminar & demo on Arduino Microcontroller
Programming.
• Conducted weekly Workshops for the beginners on Robotics.
• Executive member of the community called “Tech Club” in E&C Dept.
Internship Project:
Company : Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML Limited), Bangalore
Project Name : Delhi Metro
Description : Manufacturing state of art technology stainless steel Metro coaches for DELHI metro,
which includes mainly brake system, car body, metro car testing, manufacture facets and electrical
aggregates.

• Presented “Smart TV automation and Water Level Detector using Raspberry pi and Arduino” during
Hobby Project Exhibition, May 2015.
• Awarded as best designer for certificates and banner designed for technical workshops and events
in college.
Extra Curricular Activities:
• Third Place in karate competition in zonal level
• Being in Scouts & Guides, socially helped people and attended camps
• Won prizes in Volleyball, Football, Athletics, Basketball, Cricket.
