Melissa Riley has enjoyed working in the hospitality industry for nearly 12 years. Melissa is currently serving as the associate director of sales with O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC which includes the DoubleTree by Hilton and the new Hilton Garden Inn Springfield. She has joined the O'Reilly Hospitality team after spending three years with John Q. Hammons Corp. as the sales manager for the Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center. She enjoyed the previous eight years with Marriott where she contributed her unique strengths and abilities in maximizing sales revenue while creating an environment of teamwork and accountability.
