THE WORK INVOLVES:THE WORK INVOLVES:
• Design a Washers, gaskets, hangers and modifications by using CATIA V5R20.
• Designing hanger base supports like angles plates & knee plates.

• After modifications to dividing some origins as per submarine terminology like port,
board & bulk heads.
• Generating views as per origins in every zone.
• Giving text templates in every hanger and plates.
• Converting the drawing format and giving dimensions.
• Finally prepare a BOM & release to PLM.
• Preparation of scan models by using part in CATIA.
• Involved in iso’s extraction & trunking extraction.
• Involved in preparing the 2D dummy drawings of submarine Components.

Project -2: Reverse engineering of casting& Sheet metal component which has been used
for marine equipment
Input received un-parametric model and converted into parametric model

the tooling direction and assembly requirements. Also did lot of surface replacement
activity during the development due to frequent styling input changes
