Mantis Mineral Corp. (CNSX - 'MYN') is a junior exploration company with three high
impact gold projects and a high profile lithium property, all located in Ontario.
Cree Lake Gold discovery located 200 km northwest of Sudbury
(Stockworks-multi-veining gold system at surface-weighted avg. 2.1gm

4. CREE LAKE GOLD DISCOVERY
Probe Mines Ltd. earning up to 70% interest
Located 200-kilometers northwest of the city of Sudbury, Ontario
and 125-kilometers southwest of the city of Timmins, Ontario.
The property consists of 19-claims totaling 4,032-hectares in
Swayze township.
2009 Mantis drill program outlined new gold discovery in the Swayze belt
with significant grades over substantial widths (2.053 gpt over 15.5-meters).
Follow-up trenching program confirmed new zone 50-meters west of
discovery hole with grab samples as high as 43.2 gpt.
Stockwork system comes to surface and represents significant open
pit potential

5. CREE LAKE GOLD DISCOVERY
Probe Mines Ltd. earning up to 70% interest
Probe 2010 and 2011 follow-up drill programs extend discovery hole
minimum 50 meters to east
All six holes in Probe’s 2010 drill program intersected numerous zones
of gold mineralization grading up to 8 g/t Au.
Hole CL10-11 returned a five meter section grading 2.3g/t Au.
Hole CL10-12 also tested the historical Flintrock showing and returned a
one metre intersection grading 24 g/t Au.
Hole CL11-17 intersected 12.7 metres grading 1.3 g/t Au at 29 metres
depth, representing the eastern extension of the 2009 discovery of a 15.5
metre-wide interval averaging 2.05 g/t Au

6. CREE LAKE GOLD DISCOVERY
Probe Mines Ltd. earning up to 70% interest
Probe 2010 and 2011 follow-up drill programs extend discovery hole
minimum 50 meters to east
The Mantis occurrence represents a new gold discovery in the Swayze
Belt and is represented by a quartz stockwork system carrying significant
gold values along substantial drill hole widths.
Hole CL10-12 also tested the historical Flintrock showing and returned a
one metre intersection grading 24 g/t Au.
The property is situated along the Ridout deformation zone, a 130-
kilometre-long structure that hosts past producers such as the Jerome,
Tyrranite and Kenty mines

9. ORPHAN GOLD MINE
Situated in the Geraldton-Beardmore Gold Camp, which generated 4-million
ounces of gold from 19 producing mines and located nine-kilometers east of
Kodiak Exploration Ltd’s Hercules-Gold project.
Recent drilling and compilation of previous drill logs, indicates
project has potential to contain 200,000 plus oz of gold.
Average recovered grade from past production was 0.70 opt.
Depth potential beyond 250-foot level of mine remains open.
Potential for sub-parallel subsidiary vein systems.
Similar geological setting as Kodiak’s Hercules project.

13. FOISEY GOLD SYSTEM
The Foisey Gold System is located 1,800-meters northwest of the
Orphan Mine on claims sharing a common boundary with the
Orphan Mine patented claims.
The Foisey Gold System has demonstrated through recent
drilling that it is a significant gold bearing structure that
collectively exceeds 80-meters in width.
The system exhibits gold concentrations from consistently
anomalous over meter widths to high grade grab samples
yielding up to 28.79gpt.
The structure can be traced for a 1-km strike length and is
characterized as a breccia-stockworks forming an open
framework resulting from multi-phase quartz veining.

16. LITHIUM RICH CASE PEGMATITE
Located in northeastern Ontario, 75-kilometers east of
Cochrane in Steele Township.
Lithium rich pegmatite hosts rare elements including REE’s
Considered to be the fifth largest spodumene (lithium) bearing
pegmatite in the Superior Geologic Province of Ontario.
Potential to host 2-million tonnes of spodumene bearing rock
averaging 1.2% Li2O3.
Tantalum values observed are amongst the highest reported in
Canada and make for a potential economic deposit when
combined with other rare elements.
Consists of three pegmatite dikes, of which two are spodumene
bearing.
North dike: 10-meters wide by 100-meters long; Central Dike:
39-meters wide by 350-meters long.

19. HIGH GRADE LITHIUM
High grade lithium on recently retrieved drill core - 9.2 m of 1.98% LiO2
Spodumene zones of the dike returned results ranging from 0.30 per cent to2.96 per cent
and averaged 1.22 per cent.
