similar results in LOS. Intersection delaysincreased with each scenario and the Crenshaw

of traffic.Also,the intersection of Rolling Hills Road/Crenshaw Boulevard decreasedin LOSto “E”
during the A.M.peakhourundercumulativedevelopmentconditions.
