People celebrate it on the 5th of November. Bonfire Night lasts

This day people cook traditional dishes of English cuisine - potatoes
with grilled sausages or chicken legs, carrot salad and sweet pudding
for dessert.
Before the festival, the whole family makes The Effigy Of Guy. If you
don`t have time to do an effigy, you can buy it in a shop.
At night children can have fun together with their parents. Children
paint their faces with coal and run around bonfires, light fireworks
and firecrackers. All night people burn effigies of Guy (Guido)
Fawkes. Many people wear masks with Fawkes’s face.
