OBJECTIVES OF THE LESSON: During this lesson students are expected to:
- Revise the vocabulary that they worked on, in the last class, through flashcards
- Identify the parts of the face
- Use their imagination
ROUTINES: Greetings. Song. Organize the calendar in the board. Put the date on the folder.
OPENING THE LESSON:
WARM-UP ACTIVITY (1)
I will start the class by showing the children different colourful flashcards with the parts of the
face. I will put them on the board and ask them if they know their names and write it down on
the board. Questions: T-Student:
What is it?
Is this a mouth?
Is this hair? Are these teeth?
What colour is it?

ACTIVITY 2: Reading comprehension
As a warm-up activity too, we will work on the photocopy that we couldn’t work as a follow up
last class, in which they have to read and comprehend Frido’s description and paint it.
BODY OF THE LESSON:
ACTIVITY 3: Listening and Drawing. Making posters
I will give each student a sheet of paper. They will have to listen to me giving some kind ogf
instructions, and they will have to draw what I say. At the end, each student will ahave a
wonderful face and they have to paint it as they want. Then, we will paste the pictures all
together and create beautiful posters to put in the classroom’s wall.
As they have to use their imagination and creativity, the faces will be so different, and they will
have fun.

1. Draw a circle in the middle of the sheet of paper as a head.
2. Draw the eyes and ears
3. Add the nose and mouth
4. Draw the hair
5. Add things, like a hat, a cap, a scarf
6. Paint it. Use your imagination.
7. Put it in posters
Then, I will put the colourful poster in the blackboard, and they will paste their works on it. In
this will we will ornate the classroom with our works. So that there is linguistic output they
should provide a name and a description like the one in the model /activity two.

FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITY 3:
To round-up the lesson, the children will do an activity in which they have to find 4 words
related to the parts of the face.
