Focus Shifted
Marketing CoPilot undertook a comprehensive analysis of
SPM’s existing online presence relative to their business
goals and objectives. The buying process was mapped,
the company’s unique value proposition was articulated
and they then transformed this information into online
content that would resonate with the SPM’s target client.
The focus was shifted from “Leadership Training” to
“Leadership Solutions” and SPM’s online presence made
clear how they can solve management problems.
