New product delivered on time meeting all customer requirements.<br /> <br />Implemented SAP system for Warehouse & Inventory Management at several international manufacturing locations. Worked with system architect to refine software to meet operational needs, implemented first in the United Kingdom facility and ensured proper operation. Created procedures, pictorial training guide for multiple languages, trained staff on proper use and proceeded to implement at facilities in the United States, Sweden and Malaysia. Successful program implementation improving efficiency, accuracy and management of production materials.<br /> <br />Resolved material shortage. Business constraints did not allow the warehouse manager to hold adequate materials for required orders causing line stops, down time and after hour calls. Analyzed history and forecast against material on hand, calculated warehouse capacity, stock turn and storage requirements. Removed old, slow moving materials, created new locations, improved the flow time of the logistics process and improved communication between production planners and materials. Eliminated line stops, down time and reduced afterhour’s calls by 95%.<br /> <br />Provided material for special customer order. Requirement for 50k piece special order for a priority customer, material stored off site. Consulted with production management and calculated kitted material to coincide with the production process and scheduled deliveries ensuring no gaps in production.
