Teaching pupils about healthy diet

1. COMENIUS WORKSHOP
ON HEALTHY FOOD

2.  In our school we promote healthy diet and
invite experts to talk about it.

3.  We organize healthy Wednesdays
• On Wednesdays, during the
long break, pupils meet with
their teachers in classrooms
and have a healthy second
breakfast.
• Every week, we bring
something different for our
breakfast.

4.  We show our pupils that healthy diet can be
tasty and they can prepare healthy snacks on
their own.

5.  And we see that they can do it !

6.  They are sooo happy when everything is ready!

7.  But we sometimes ask parents to prepare more
complicated traditional dishes 

8.  It happens sometimes that… we order pizza ;)

9.  We motivate our younger pupils to complete Comenius
Healthy Notebooks

12.  We also motivate our older pupils to complest their
Comenius Healthy Notebooks

13.  We encourage them to talk about their eating habits

14.  We believe that: An apple a day keeps the doctor away! 
