1. Treatment
Bryson Tiller- ‘Been that way’
Feedback:
1)Our track was too fast as it was a dubstep. Our theme is break up and the music
did not suit our theme of relationships and heartbreak.
2)We believe that this song from Bryson tiller would be suitable and easier for our
narrative base performance to flow.

2. Summary of the narrative
idea
 Scene 1: Greenwich – it’s a flashback of the guy and his ex girlfriend arguing. The
girlfriend is fed up of him and walks away.
 Scene 2: studio- His on the couch alone. He is lonely and sad and sings while
looking at the camera.
 Scene 3: is the jewellery shop – conveys a message that he is serious about her and
wants to marry her – ring is symbolic to show his love for her. However the ring stays
on his hand and he looks at it. He realises he cant give it to her anymore as it is only
one sided. His ex girlfriend doesn't want to get back with him.
 Scene 4: back to the studio: He looks at pictures and rips out the pictures and he
cries collapses on the floor and looks at the destroyed pictures.
 Scene 5: while looking at the pictures he goes into flashback of him and his
girlfriend having loving memories together.
 Scene 6: back to reality – this time he is in the café and with his new girlfriend. She
argues with him as he doesn’t pay enough attention to her. His only with her to
relieve his sorrows. She then leaves café while she’s fuming with anger.
 Scene 7: Back to studio his on the floor singing while looking at the camera.

3. Music video that inspired
us?
 Taylor swift- ‘I knew you were trouble’ inspired us as she also goes through a
heartbreak despite the fact that she was cheated on. However the camera angles
and different shot types intrigued us to use these shot types in our music video.
 Her facial expressions were very extreme. We would want our male artist to show
more emotion in order to emphasize his desperation of getting back the girl he
loves.

4. Casting, actors, props and
location
 We would need three characters. 1 guy and two girls.
 We would need the studio – lighting box, camera (DSLR), we would also
need a couch for the male actor to sit on.
 Pictures to be printed and sticked on the wall to be ripped out by the
male actor.

5. Any ethical consideration?
 No ethical considerations in this music video as no
foul language is used

 The target audience is promoted to both male
and females to ages between (14- 31) teenagers
and young adults or whoever is interested
listening to R&B/ Hip Hop music
 Having a wider potential consumers increases
profit and statistics of popularity.

7. Channel for Broadcast
 We will be broadcasting our music video on all
social networking sites such as twitter, facebook,
Instagram, YouTube etc… This is to ensure
popularity.
