9. What does it cost?
BRONZE PACKAGE*
• The fee per customer response 0.28 €. This means that you will only
pay for responses that you receive. For example, if you send a poll to
20 customers and 10 of them respond, you will pay 2.8 €. This
package is suitable for those who send out few polls.
SILVER PACKAGE*
• This package is for a monthly charge of 95 €. It allows receiving up to
6,000 feedback responses per year (i.e. ca. 500 feedback responses
per month). The number of feedback responses per month can
exceed 500, but the annual amount must remain within the limit of
6,000.
GOLD PACKAGE*
• This package is for a monthly charge of 190 €. Feedback isn´t limited.
