10. Outcomes and Results from October 13th Professional Development Day
! After the professional development day on Tuesday, October 13th there has been a
dramatic increase in faculty exploring how innovation/technology can improve instruction. We
have 91 faculty members who have joined the World's Best Faculty Ning and are participating in
discussions about instructional practice and innovations. While I believe it is important that we
are using new tools, the most important element is that faculty are being deliberate about
exploring ways to improve instruction to meet
21st century and global standards. The
increased interest has also caused us to
need greater bandwidth. We are currently
exploring options to resolve this concern.
