2. How they got their organisations intentions
across to the public by media
• YouTube Channel
• Natalie Sides story
3. How did the action video Impact me?
How did the action videos impact the audience?
• The video had the right impact on me, stirred
emotions and gave me more knowledge of the
function of this organisation.
• The video impacted the audience the same
way as me.
5. How they attempted to get their campaign
across to the country
• An action video from
Martin Tett, leader of
Buckinghamshire county
council and 51m.
• An action music video
called “HS2 Blues” written
by David Bekaert to
campaign against the HS2
rail project.
6. Why was there a need for these action videos?
What they getting across to the audience?
• There was a need for an action video because
there weren't any videos on the internet that
were covering this campaign.
• The action videos were to show the audience
what the negative impacts of the HS2 rail
project would be.
7. How did the action video impact on me?
Did it have an impact on its target audience?
• Both the videos made an impact on me, the first
one because they used Local county council
leaders. The second because they made used an
interesting method to get their argument across.
• Its hard to say due to the fact that although the
action videos got a great number of views and
likes the Government has now decided to go
ahead with the HS2 rail project.
