Edit/delete/replace

1. How to add edit/delete/replace
content on your network

2. To start
• Go to www.networks.nhs.uk
• Log in
• Click on Your menu, click on Your networks
• Click on the name of your network

3. To edit
• Click on the item that you want to edit
• In the pop up box, Click view to use with toolbox
• Go to the Toolbox and select Edit/Delete/Replace
• Select Edit this item
• Edit the content
• Click Save

4. To delete
• Click on the item that you want to delete
• In the pop up box, Click view to use with toolbox
• Go to the Toolbox and select Edit/Delete/Replace
• Select delete this item
• You will be asked Do you really want to delete this
item?
• Click Delete
Please note: Once something is deleted it has gone
forever and we will not be able to recover items.

5. To replace
• Click on the item that you want to replace
• In the pop up box, Click view to use with toolbox
• Go to the Toolbox and select Edit/Delete/Replace
• Select replace document
• Click Replace with new file
• Choose file
• Click Save
