As of June 2014, I have started my own business helping firms find great ways to use their own knowledge better.
From September 2006 until May 2014, I was Head of Knowledge Management at Addleshaw Goddard. As such, I was responsible for finding, developing and promoting ways in which people in the firm can make the most of their own and other people’s knowledge.
In addition to managing knowledge activities for the firm, in June 2011 I took on responsibility for leading the firm's 20 Professional Support Lawyers (PSLs) as a team, focusing them on delivering improved profitability for the firm and their practice groups.
