I am a passionate and technically skilled and educated System/Network administrator/engineer of
Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Novell, Cisco and HP products with broad experience in application,
database, incident and change management and have fulfilled several roles as a project/team lead for
services and infrastructure implementations. Work on long-term projects were carried out in
collaboration with a ‘skilled helpdesk' and according to ITIL helpdesk procedures. I can work very
independently but am also a very social team player, working in the ICT sector for 15 years and having a
broad knowledge and understanding of ICT processes and technologies. I have also worked as an
Incident & Change Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland and as a programmer and engineer in
Industrial Automation for 10 years.
