You are well a"war", about Public Procurement-·Policy for MSEs, 2012 according to this pGlic
every Central Ministries their Departments and Central Public Sector Undertakings has to purchase
minimum 20% of their Annual procurement from MSEs, out of 20% sub target of 20% (i.e. 4% out of
20%) shall be earmark for procurement fr6m MSEs owned by SC/ST Entrepreneurs.
This office received letter from certain CPSUs asking list of SC/ST Entrepreneurs in a region to
fulfill their annual procurement targets.
With this background this office is collecting SC/ST Entrepreneurs data which will be put on
office Website. Hence, you are kindly requested to provide us details of SC/ST members
(Entrepreneurs) of your Association in a given format.
