Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team. Acknowledged as Coldwell Banker’s Georgia new
construction and development experts, The Barsky Group provides guidance, partnership, resources
and new construction expertise to our builder clients, buyers and sellers, as well as to the 11 separate
Atlanta Coldwell Banker offices and over 900 individual Metro-Atlanta based agents. Worldwide, the

Michael Barsky
Michael truly believes that real estate is in his blood as his grandparents owned and managed
rental properties and his father developed townhome and apartment communities in and around
Philadelphia. He received his undergraduate degree in Architecture from Washington University in
St. Louis and has an MBA from Drexel University. Before transitioning to the sales side of real
estate in the mid ’90’s, Michael worked in architecture offices and served as a project manager for
several townhome and single family communities.
With this impressive beginning, Michael now brings over 30 years of new construction experience
as Associate Broker and Leader of The Barsky Group. Michael has managed new construction sales
and marketing for multiple highly respected builders-including John Wieland Homes and
Neighborhoods, Sharp Residential, Arthur Rutenberg, Toll Brothers and more. Having negotiated
and completed well over a thousand home contracts, including over 700 pre-sale contracts in
multiple price points, Michael has a level of institutional knowledge in new construction that is
difficult to match. Michael’s broad scope of experience ensures that every builder/developer client
is truly partnered with a seasoned and focused sales and marketing master that continually delivers
exceptional results.

Trish Hauser
A long time resident of the North Fulton area, Trish and her family have been proud
to call Atlanta home since 1974. She attended Georgia State University, spent over
10 years helping run a residential remodeling company, and had a successful career
spanning over 25 years as an Actor, Runway and Print Model before segueing into
the Real Estate Industry.
As a Principal Partner of the Barsky Group, Trish and Michael joined Coldwell
Banker Residential Brokerage in 2017. During Trish’s successful general brokerage
career she has represented and worked closely with several high-end luxury custom
home builders in Atlanta. This experience has allowed Trish to become both the
Barsky Group’s Luxury Property Leader and a New Construction Specialist, with
knowledge and expertise in lot selection, land acquisition, interior design,
customizing floor plans, builder services and support that she provides to each of
her clients.

Daniel Burns
After enjoying a successful career in the corporate world, Daniel has brought his passion
for serving others, developing business and generating sales to The Barsky Group as a
Principal Partner.
With a BS in Banking and Finance from Mississippi State University, Daniel has led the
strategic development and planning components of multiple business units at both the
Director and Vice President levels and has directly managed organizations delivering
over $320M in annual revenues. A noted expert in his field, Daniel has taught strategic
planning to organizations such as Goodwill International Industries, LVMH-Moet
Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Scrubs and Beyond and Hot Topic. During Daniel’s 26 year
career in corporate executive management he has developed business strategy with a
world-wide scope and negotiated sales and operations contracts worth over a billion
dollars. Daniel has successfully leveraged this background with The Barsky Group,
providing planning, operational development and oversight to the team as well as
representing and fulfilling the Real Estate needs of his clients.

Rhonda Morgan
Managing Broker: A passion for real estate properties, negotiation, and consultation, Rhonda
Morgan has provided premier realtor service in the Metro Atlanta area for almost 20 years. As a
Realtor, Rhonda specializes in making the home selling experience as pleasant and painless as
possible, while negotiating the highest sales price in the shortest time possible. For prospective
homebuyers, Rhonda functions as an advisor, negotiator, designer, visionary, and so much more.
It is her joy to provides hands-on partnership throughout the home buying process, walking
alongside her clients from start to finish.
Selling, purchasing, or constructing a home can be both exhilarating and laborious process all at
the same time, but Rhonda provides the top-notch service, care, professional experience, and
attention to detail, that has brought comfort and relief to over a hundred clients over the
decades.
In November of 2019, Rhonda was announced as the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker
Residential Brokerage’s office in Alpharetta, GA. Known as Coldwell Banker’s flagship office in
the metro Atlanta area, she oversees 115 individual Realtors producing nearly 700 transactions a
year along with providing partnership and support to Coldwell Banker’s The Barsky Group.

Stephanie Dessources is a top-producing, award
winning agent. Stephanie studied at The Art
Institute of Atlanta and is the newest member of
our team. With her experience in marketing and
advertising, community knowledge and love for
helping people fulfill their dreams, Stephanie
gives home sellers and buyers and exceptional
competitive edge. She’s known and respected for
her integrity, professionalism and personalized
service.
Stephanie Paschall-Stephanie combines her background in
operations management, urban studies, customer service,
real estate knowledge and new construction experience to
provide her clients with professional and customized
service. Her keen ability to listen and understand the wants
and needs of her clients assures them that she is
committed to helping them accomplish their
homeownership goals. As a top producing Realtor with the
Barsky Group, she has helped many people find the right

Carly Zugel-A graduate of the University of
Georgia at Athens, Carly caters to buyers, sellers,
investors and home builders throughout Metro
Atlanta. Carly worked her way into the
homebuilding industry by working at Pulte
Group’s corporate headquarters in Buckhead.
Her passion for home design and the real estate
industry led her to The Barsky Group, where her
enthusiasm for all Atlanta has to offer has found
a home!
David Brown-David’s dedication and passion for Real
Estate has created a reputation of being a rising star
for Coldwell Banker and The Barsky Group. He
specializes in everything from Condos in Midtown
Atlanta to Luxury Properties of all types. Recognized
as a 2019 Dekalb Board of Realtors Phoenix Award
Winner, David is an expert at helping first time home
buyers navigate the home buying process. A true go-
getter, David was recently recognized as the Top
Gross Commission Agent for the Intown Office in
both February and April 2019.

Dietrich Logan-As the Barsky Group’s Architect
affiliate, Dietrich has operated his own design firm,
Logan Design Group International, since 2008. Since
then, Dietrich has worked on many high-end
residential estates throughout the Southeast as well
as designing multi-storied commercial structures in
Georgia and Florida. He is currently a member of the
American Institute of Architects. He is also a
registered member of the National Council of
Architecture Registration Boards and is currently a
licensed architect in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas,
Ohio, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida.
Kellie Thornton –Kellie joined Coldwell Banker in
2019 and provides sales support and
administration for The Barsky Group. Licensed
since 2016, Kellie was previously the Senior
Manager of Atlanta Properties & Design. Kellie
brings over 20 years of Marketing, Office
Administration and Account Management
experience to The Barsky Group and Coldwell
Banker.
Paula Collins-Paula joined Coldwell Banker in
2018 and provides sales support and
administration for The Barsky Group. Paula
entered the Real Estate Industry after spending
time in the corporate world with Enterprise Rent a
Car/Fleet Services and teaching K-8 grades in
