Michael Hendrix, a Creative Director and an Associate Partner at IDEO, leads the Boston studio. He contributes creative direction and strategy to a diverse portfolio that has included innovative services, businesses, brands and products for clients including Converse, Sealy, Seventh Generation, Panera, Con Agra, Steelcase and Lilly. He also shares responsibility for the development of the Boston studio's talent, culture, and financial health.
