1. Tab Page (Direct Access) Issue

The Situation We created a Blackboard class called “Getting Started” We then created a URL “Tab” called “Getting Started” & loaded the URL https://fairmontschools.blackboard.com/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp?tab_tab_group_id=_77_1&url=%2Fwebapps%2Fblackboard%2Fexecute%2Flauncher%3Ftype%3DCourse%26id%3D_2743_1%26url%3D The Tab, Tab Group, & Class can all accept Guest access yet when the user hits the “Getting Started” page Blackboard states that Authentication Required & asks the user to log in
