1. Looking back at your preliminary
task, what do you feel you have
learnt in the progression from it to
the full product?
2. From the first thing that I produced (York College magazine) I feel like my skills in PhotoShop have improved a lot. Also, I
have chosen a specific genre and stuck to it, creating an appropriate house style and colour scheme which fits the genre.
For the College magazine I didn’t arrange cover lines or tag lines efficiently, whereas ACID magazine is well planned out
and thought through by highlighting specific parts that will attract the audience.

3. I feel like I have progressed the
most in PhotoShop. This is
because my skills have
improved to do a lot of
previously difficult things.
I learnt how to totally re-colour a
photo and then convert it into
black and white.
I also figured out how to blend
layers together and change the
opacity so that I could create
my own album art for my band
which would entice the
audience.
