• Wrote and edited content for the annual catalog, program brochures, marketing materials in coordination.

and program materials.
• Oversaw Student Services Coordinator’s enrollment and marketing tasks including updating registration

• Managed the documentation and submission of UVM’s AASHE Sustainability Tracking, Assessment &
Rating System (STARS) v.2.1 (expected in 2017) performance report.
• Recruited and supervised 8-10 undergraduate intern program for the Office of Sustainability and Clean
Energy Fund. Facilitate career development programming while providing individual coaching to paid
interns and advising on their professional portfolios.
• Organized and implemented operational services in support of major projects and programs for the Office of
Sustainability. Researched and selected a cost-effective project management system solution, Basecamp®,
for department. Train staff and external users on how to use system.
• Oversaw financial and administrative functions of the department budget.
• Developed and edited publications on campus greening projects and practices.
• Administered Clean Energy Fund, a $10 per student per semester fee (generating $225,000 per year)
dedicated to renewable energy installation, education, and research projects on-campus. Responsibilities
include: organizing monthly committee meeting, processing project proposals, supervise graduate assistant
and interns, produce and curate multimedia content on CEF projects, and coordinating outreach on the
program.
• Presented and represented UVM at 2-4 professional conferences per academic year.
• Organized the 6th Annual Northeast Campus Sustainability Consortium Conference in 2009, cohosted by
UVM and Middlebury College. Exceeded registration goal and had150 attendees.
• Coordinated transition of the Office of Sustainability, Environmental Safety & Facilities, and Green
Building department websites from static to dynamic content management systems; working with
consultants, Tamarack Media, to develop customized modules to efficiently deliver content online.
• Collaborated on and published AASHE’s How-to Guide: Campus Green Fund Implementation. Launched
Campus Sustainability Green Funds Database on AASHE website.
Boston Day and Evening Academy, Roxbury, MA 2005 - 2008
Registrar
• Set-up and maintained schedules, transcripts, report cards, absence reports, and data analysis for the
Massachusetts Department of Education and Boston Public School systems. Trained teachers and staff on the
applications of Power School, a web-based school database program.
PSEED Coordinator
• Managed a $300,000 budget from the Barr Foundation’s PSEED grant. Provided logistical support and
planned professional development services for staff in experiential and environmental education.
• Developed partnerships with local nonprofit groups and city agencies. Consulted on school’s urban
garden and employment program.
Recycling Coordinator
• Initiated a school wide recycling program. Partnered with Think Green to recycle used ink cartridges and
worked with Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and City of Boston to receive
equipment and coordinate regular pick-up service.
