3. All National Federations that will participate in the XXX PANAMERICAN
CHAMPIONSHIP OF YOUTH KARATE AND U21 are informed of the following:

oskarlastra2011@hotmail.com; until August 12 the itineraries with the arrival and
departure times indicating the number of people that make up your delegation, to
coordinate the transport airport-hotel-airport.
We are not responsible for transportation to delegations that are not hosted in
official hotels arranged by the Organizing Committee both from the airport to the
hotel and vice versa and from these hotels to the place of competition during all
the days of the tournament.
For the hotel Headquarters and Sub-offices the payment of 50% for
accommodation must be until July 31 and the final balance until August 10.
