Our extensive research on workplace wellness has led us to arrive at this
definition of it: an organized employer-sponsored program that is designed
to support employees (and their families) as they adopt and sustain
behaviors that reduce health risks, improve quality of life, enhance

I. Prelude: Parenting Deciphered
What exactly is “parenting”? What should a parent “do”? Simple yet vital questions that are tackled through
this introductory module.
What should be a parent’s major objectives? Are there any principles to live-by throughout the parenting
journey? All the above questions are answered as we put together the bits and pieces and form the puzzle
of how to become a successful parent and have a successful parent child relationship.
Parents take a first look at your “job description”!
II. Job 1: Role Model
The first and perhaps most undermined job of a parent is to be a role model to his/her children. Through
leading by example, parents teach their children the most basic set of values and principles to live by. Your
children are watching you, 24/7, and they are learning from you all the time…..whether it is your intention
to play teacher or not!
Here comes the importance of learning how to think through, plan, and monitor your words, actions, and
reactions, constantly assessing the type of messages you are sending your kids. This is the core emphasis of
this paradigm-shifting module on why and how to control your behavior and model the way for your
children.
III. Job 2: Nurturer
A nurturer is one who understands the beauty and value that is in one’s hands, accepts it, and strives to
develop and bring out the best in it. As a parent, you nurture your children through understanding that each
child has his or her own blueprint, cast, mould, style, gift and then providing all means of developing this
blueprint to fulfill its potential.
In this module you will learn how to discover and understand your child, and nurture his/her mind, body,
and persona. You will also explore ways of creating space for your children in order to develop well,
understanding how to create such a nurturing and accepting environment.
10. IV. Job 3: Manager
In this highly pragmatic module, participants learn about their own parenting styles as well as their children’s
temperaments. Furthermore we explore how each parenting style should deal with the different temperaments.
As a manager, it is important for you to know how to build structure in the family and set rules. And not to
forget, behavior and change management are crucial skills for the success of the management process. Issues
like disciplining, rewards, punishments, and threats will be thoroughly tackled in this module.
V. Job 4: Communicator
It is as true in life as it is in business; communication is the core of every success, and the reason behind most
failures. In this module parents get to explore ways of active communication with their children. The most
common forms and causes of long-term failure of parent-child communication are investigated and analyzed.
To put it simply, this module is about the very basics; you learn how to get your children to listen and, perhaps
more importantly, to talk. And lets not forget how you, as a parent, should listen and respond!
By the end of this course moms will be able to:
• Successfully manage the relationship between parent and child which is the parent’s responsibility.
• Have a clear vision about the items compromising the plan of being a success parent which are parenting meaning,
objectives, and messages to be communicated throughout the parenting journey.
• Focus on own self’s as a parent in order to be a satisfied happy parent raising happy well balanced children.
• Get a full picture of how to perform jobs related to parenting such as role model, manager, communicator, and nurturer.
• Learn how to cool down and control oneself when faced with challenging situation and sit-downs in the parenting journey.

In this module you well get to know them how to be prepared for nursing by getting to know the right nursing
positions, how to pump and solve a wide range of common nursing problems.

Sleeping is one of the most debatable issues in parenting. So many theories exist about what you should and
shouldn’t do when it comes to getting your baby to sleep…and the range of psychological and physical influences they
could have on your baby.
Most moms feel confused whether to follow the “cry it out” or not. After covering several controversial points, we
will help you to know all the tracks that you can consider and to create your own suitable healthy sleeping routine.
13. V. Concern 3: Healthy Development
Reaching healthy development for your baby can only be achieved by understanding his developmental
milestones and being knowledgably equipped in knowing how to mentally and physically contribute to his/her
development. Through this module, you will learn how to be able to better support your baby cognitively and
emotionally.
Play also is another factor that helps in developing your baby; you will know how to choose them the right
games and toys according to their suitable age. Further, concerning health issues, you will know how to choose your
baby’s doctor and know how to be ready for any sudden sickness.
