Carrot 蘿蔔 (reward)
 Contribution in discussion, debate, role play: e.g. giving response,
opinion, comment, argument (in English) : 1
 3  1 carrot (sticker)
 3 carrots: 1 bonus marks will be added
 The one has the most carrots will have a gift at the end of my
teaching period.
Stick 棍 (punishment)
 Not follow the rules in class: e.g. chat with classmates, leave your
seat without permission, answering questions in Chinese: 1
 3 and above: punishment (e.g. marks will be deducted)
 But, 1 carrot can delete 1 
