7. Having recently received the TJ Maxx account from
our ChainLinks affiliate, The Shopping Center Group
of Florida, we have reintroduced the state and are
currently working on a deal in the Russellville, AR
area. We have also shown several other new
markets to TJ Maxx. Our goal is to assist TJ in
accomplishing their goals of one store a year in the
Arkansas market.

to Pace Properties, Panera will open four stores
in 2008 and a projected two stores for 2009.

13. Breckenridge Village is a retail shopping center located in west Little Rock with
approximately 124,554-SF. Flake & Kelley is responsible for both managing
and leasing spaces in this center. For entertainment, Breckenridge Village
boasts the United Artist Breckenridge Village movie theater and the Looney bin
Comedy Club. For kids, you’ll find The Wonder Place and Gymboree.

center. This property is located on the northeast corner of Markham and
Shackleford where both of these street experience high traffic volume

in modern, upscale, classic retail. With over 125,850-SF, this is considered the
best new retail space in the mid-town area. Co-tenants include The Container

center was constructed in 2000 and is located near the Chenal Country Club.

18. Flake & Kelley Commercial helped one of the largest evangelical
churches in Arkansas locate 50 acres at the old Shackleford Dairy
Farm in west Little Rock for their new home. The relocation
involved working with the city of Little Rock to re-zone and re-
work site plans to facilitate this transaction.

22. Constructed in 1986 containing 750,000 SF, 40 stories. Entergy
Corporation was lead tenant along with several prominent Little Rock
companies. Building currently operates at 95% occupancy.

23. Conversion of the Dailey furniture building at 3rd and Rock Streets into
48 loft apartment units. Our firm represented an ownership group in
the acquisition of the building, design and remodeling of the facility and
the management to residential users.

24. Represented Little Rock Cardiology in their attempt to find new office headquarters
in vicinity of the Arkansas Heart Hospital. Acquired 8-acre tract, selling off the front
4-acres to a Lexus car dealership. Leasing, property management and
development of a 70,000-SF facility.

25. Assisted and represented Acxiom in the acquisition of a parcel forming a joint
venture to jointly own the property with the principals of Flake & Kelley. Acxiom
leased the facility from day one with 100% occupancy. Our firm represented the
development, leasing and property management to see that the property has
performed as scheduled.

26. Corporate headquarters for executive team of the Acxiom Corporation. Our
assignment was to acquire a site and develop a building with the corporation
headquarters in mind leading the tenant mix with outside tenants containing
approximately 50% of the space. Our firm was development agent, leasing agent
and property management agent.

28. Worked with Euronet to relocate them from the ArkSystems Plaza and resizing
their space need to recreate the optimum utilization of their space in a three-story
facility. The buiding was occupied with one-third outside tenants and two-thirds by
Euronet. This facility was built in 2002 with a recent refinance of the building.

29. West Little Rock, Arkansas. We assisted ARKSys Corporation in the site selection for land
and development of 450,000-SF office and retail park which they occupied 80,000-SF. This
facility was built in 1995. Our firm was involved in the design and build phase of the project
coordinating the architect and contractors and in addition leasing out the balance of the
building to third-party tenants. Our firm has retained the property management and leasing of
this property since and has refinanced the property since the original project.

30. Our company was retained to do a site analysis evaluation and feasibility study with making a
corporate headquarters at this location versus other locations in the community. We worked
directly with the board of Arkansas Electric Co-Op executive director to determine that the
existing site would handle a major improvement for the corporate headquarters facility and
then handled construction administration and offsite location necessary in order to
accommodate transition into this facility.

The Centre at Ten is a 118,000-SF mixed use office
and retail project situated on 10.5 acres in west Little
Rock. Our firm assembled the ownership, picked the
site, oversaw construction administration, and
currently handles leasing and property management.
The occupancy rate is 90% with only small office
spaces available.

32. Development of 82 acres at the northwest corner of Colonel Glenn and I-430,
Little Rock for primarily retail with minor office uses. Acquisition of
property completed, financing in place, anchor searches in progress.
Activity on out parcels and small parcels is extensive. Site work
anticipated to start in August 2007.
