Allows you have site templates with default security, has Microsoft Project round trip support. There are custom dashlets that for Gantt view of the project and grid view to modify assignment and completion. When you check out the Project file you see updates performed in the dashlets.Created iPad/iPhone Alfresco Mobile from our Fresh Docs which is available in iPad/iPhone and AndroidCurrently working on Mobile Workdesk with WeWebU to extend OpenWorkdesk functionality to mobile devicesCreated Denver 311 – a case management application that allows you to report, take pictures and GPS coordinates for anything from a pothole to a roaming dog

- Folder Management allows batch class administrators to update and add files to the batch class without needing system access. Workflow Administrator – Plugins can be created to be added to batch class definitions. Wiki article on the Ephesoft site and there will be a sample in our upcoming book Batch Class Plugin Configuration – add, delete and move plugins and add modules (containers for plugins). This can be used to add custom plugins or move plugins that are not in use. By removing unused plugins the batch class you can increase the performance of the batch instances.New batch class administrator\\System(referred as a super) admin role – you can now specify groups that are batch class administrators and those that have administration for all batch classesFuzzy Database Enhancements – in version 2.x the Fuzzy Database would use all words in the document to query the database. Fuzzy DB can now be configured to just use an extracted field value to pull from the fuzzy database (e.g. extract internal vendor ID from an extract value of the vendor phone number). It will fall back to using all the words in the document if it cannot find a batch on that one extracted field.New Table Extraction Functionality – In 2.x table extraction you can just specify regular expression to represent the extraction rules. Now you can specify a combination (AND OR relationship) of regular expression, column title and fixed coordinates.Extraction rule creation improvements – advkv rules it remembers the coordinates and the sample that was used to create the rules. You can also edit the area and use once you test the rules once you can right mouse click on the areas to see what the OCR value is for that word.Scanner Settings and Multiple proviles. can be modified from the administrator console and be changed at a per batch class level.
- Webscanner improvements1- You can now define profiles for each batch class so that users can select from multiple scanner settings,You can enable/disable auto refresh on system wide,select scanner is moved to the corner so that you click on it only when you want to change the scanner...Web Services API (Platinum only) – Can call RESTfulwebservices to do various actions like OCR a TIF file, Classify a document, extract from a document, restart a batch, add user roles to batch instance identifier, import and export a batch class.Review and Validation Enhancements – can now see the document type in the validation and review user interfaces.CMIS Import – a batch class can monitor folders from a CMIS repo and use a property value to indicate whether or not it should import that document for processing and change the property value when in processSharePoint CMIS support – The CMIS implementation on SharePoint 2010 had a few inconsistencies from the standard and now the CMIS export supports SharePointCopy Batch XML File Naming Changing – use ootb (document id/batch id) variables and meta to rename filesAuto Learning – if you used autolearning before you could train the system from operator clicks in the validation screen and some properties files of keywords, patterns and location directions. Now auto learning supports 2 word autolearning so you can be more accurate with this rules.Installer Enhancements (MSI based) – 2.x only allowed you to configure MySQL from the installer but new installer now lets you configure SQL Server right from the installer rather than configuration files.
