I am a tenured Professor with the Mathematics and Engineering Department at Long Beach City College since fall 1999. My degrees and experience in Mathematics and Engineering helped me to develop and implement the first online and hybrid courses in the Math department at Long Beach City College in the Fall of 1999. Consequently, I was approached by several colleges to collaborate and establish a web-enhanced course for them. This led to the start of the first online Math classes at East and West Los Angeles college as well. I use both traditional and non-traditional methods of teaching for my classes.
