Indies, and USA address at 3620 Park Pointe Drive, Lexington, KY 40509, This
LIMITED POWER OF ATTOR EY is given to Ernest Walker Bey, to verify, validate,
deposit, open and close accounts, invest and electronically transfer the assets of FIVE
STAR TRUST (An Isle of Man Trust), domiciled in evis, West Indies, with bank
account number 4051100-92 (Ref. 118-65), (Pin Code: 8942), at all the banks and
notable at Credit Suisse Bank, Main Branch, Zurich, Switzerland; and/or ational
Westminster Bank, UK, ( ow part of Royal Bank of Scotland) all the accounts and
pins are the same at all banks, these accounts are off balance sheet and/or off ledger,
at direction of Mr. Marion Horn, Jr.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, that Ernest Walker Bey and/or assigns
shall act as our official Advisory Accounts Manager; on behalf of FIVE STAR TRUST
and MARIO HOR , JR., and shall be given FULL AUTHORITY to act in anyway
he deems necessary, to verify ALL bank accounts and deposits of FIVE STAR TRUST
listed in Exhibit-A attached hereto and made part of this Limited Power of Attorney,
subject to the final approval of Mr. Marion Horn, Jr. and Voting trustee of FIVE
STAR TRUST.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, that Mr. Ernest Walker Bey shall have
the full authority to negotiate with the President of the United States and
electronically transfer Five Star Trust funds/ accounts to the United States
Government, Internal Revenue Service, United States Treasury, and or, any other
United States governmental agency he deems appropriate in order to stimulate The
United States economy.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, that Mr. Ernest Walker Bey and/or his
designated associates, shall have full power and authority to obtain a printout of the
bank accounts on behalf of FIVE STAR TRUST that is investigated and upon
successfully obtaining a printout that the funds are available and clean, clear funds of
non-criminal origin.

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, that Power of Attorney shall be given to Mr.
Ernest Walker Bey, to open and close accounts, invest, move and electronically transfer any
and all funds on deposit in the name of Five Star Trust accounts worldwide to a new account
to be established in the name of FIVE STAR TRUST/Marion Horn, Jr., which anyone of the
following may sign for the trust, Mr. Marion Horn Jr., Mr. Ernest Walker Bey, or Mr. Starr
D. Horn; and all information to be copied to Marion Horn, Jr. at email address
MarionHornJr@gmail.com.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, that Five Star Trust shall indemnify Mr. Ernest
Walker Bey and agrees that Mr. Ernest Walker Bey nor any of its associates, attorneys,
employees or agents cannot be and shall not be, under any circumstances, held liable or
responsible for any and all illegal misrepresentation regarding the validity of Five Star
Trust's worldwide accounts including off balance sheets/ off-ledger accounts (Assets); and
that such assets/ accounts was lawfully obtained by Five Star Trust and is free and clear from
any and all encumbrance and criminal activity. Mr. Bey agrees not to release any information
herein to anyone without the written approval of Mr. Marion Horn Jr. Executive Trustee of
FIVE STAR TRUST.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER AGREED, That All previous power of attorneys and

authorizations given prior to this date of 12 July, 2010, Limited Power of Attorney to Ernest
Bey to recovery Five Star Trust assets worldwide are ULL and VOID and no longer in
effect, with the exception of those previously approved by Mr. Horn.

FIVE STAR TRUST (Nevis, W.I.), was called to order by Marion Horn, Jr. Executive
Trustee and Clarence T. Kingery, Jr., Individual Trustee and Secretary of Trustees kept
the minutes of the meeting.
All the voting trustees were in attendance, in person or by telephone conference or other
communications.
A general discussion was held and a motion made and duly seconded approving the
appointment of Mr. Ernest Walker Bey, SENIOR Administrative Trustee and SENIOR
Accounts Manager for FIVE STAR TRUST identified at email address: hereby appointed
as the SPECIAL agent OFFICIAL TRUSTEE ADVISER TO Mr. MARION HORN, JR.,
Executive Trustee for FIVE STAR TRUST and its affiliated entities. Mr. Bey is to act on
behalf of FIVE STAR TRUST in verifying, investing, opening and closing accounts,
moving of assets or deposits of FIVE STAR TRUST in accordance with a Limited Power
of Attorney issued to Mr. Marion Horn, Jr. on the 20th September 2009; and hereby
acknowledged that Mr. Ernest S. Walker Bey and is assigns have been previously given
