high levels of sugar in the blood.

8. ALTERNATIVE TREATMENTS FOR DIABETES
 Chromium , Magnesium improve blood sugar
control in diabetes. A lack of magnesium has been
associated with insulin secretion abnormalities and
complications.

person's sensitivity to insulin.

people with type 2 diabetes.

 Fenugreek seeds
 Broccoli and other related greens
 Gymnema Sylvestre

 It contains a high concentration of sulforaphane, a
sulfur compound which is very effective in combating
diseases.
 It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals,
phytonutrients and dietary fiber and is most nutritious
if eaten raw.
Broccoli is good for diabetes treatment and control.

 Broccoli is rich in dietary fiber which can lower levels
of LDL (bad) cholesterol.
