‫تعريف‬ ‫ف‬ّ‫معر‬ ‫هي‬ ‫مبادره‬ ‫من‬ ‫جمعیة‬ ‫حمایة‬ ‫المستھلك‬ ‫ب‬ ‫ال‬ ‫تعاون‬ ‫مع‬ ‫وزارة‬ ‫التجار‬ ‫ة‬ ‫والصناعة‬ ‫والمتاجر‬ ‫االلكترونیة‬ ‫والحسابات‬ ‫الخاصة‬ ‫بالمزادات‬ ‫واالنستقرام‬ ‫وذلك‬ ‫م‬ ‫ن‬ ‫اجل‬ ‫تطویروتشغیل‬ ‫ومراقبة‬ ‫المتعاملین‬ ‫في‬ ‫تلك‬ ‫المتاجر‬ ‫والمتعاملین‬ ‫بھا‬ ‫س‬ ‫واء‬ ‫بائعیین‬ ‫او‬ ‫مشترین‬ ‫فھ‬ ‫ي‬ ‫منصة‬ ‫إلكترونیه‬ ‫مخصص‬ ‫ة‬ ‫للتعریف‬ ‫بالمنتجین‬ ‫والمنت‬ ‫جات‬ ،‫والتجار‬ ‫وتسھیل‬ ‫التواصل‬ ‫مع‬ ‫المتاجر‬ ‫االلكترونیة‬ ،‫والمزادات‬ ‫وتوفیر‬ ‫مقیاس‬ ‫إح‬ ‫صائي‬ ‫لموثوقیة‬ ‫المنتجات‬ ،‫والمتاجر‬ ‫و‬ ‫هي‬ ‫ال‬ ‫ت‬ ‫عتبر‬ ‫جھة‬ ‫مزایدة‬ ‫أو‬ ،‫بیع‬ ‫وال‬ ‫تتم‬ ‫من‬ ‫خاللھ‬ ‫ا‬ ‫المزادات‬ ‫أو‬ ‫المنافسات‬ ‫النظامیة‬ .

( ‫والشروط‬ ‫االحكام‬ ) ‫ًأوًفتحًحسابًلدىًالموقع‬،‫یعتبرًتواجدًأيًشخصًفيًالموقعًأوًاستخدامًأيًمنًالمنافعًأوًالخدماتًأوًالمزایاًالتيًیوفرهاًالموقع‬ ‫ًب‬‫ًقبوال‬، ً‫ھذه‬ ً‫األحكامًوالشروطًوبجمیع‬ " ‫السیاسات‬ " ‫ًمنًذلكًالشخصًللجھةًالمالكةًوجمیعًالمستخدمینًبأنهًیلبيًالشروطًالالز‬‫ًوكذلكًإعالنا‬، ً‫مًتوافرهاًفي‬ " ‫المستخدم‬ ." ً‫تسريًاألحكامًوالشروطًوالتصریحاتًالتالیةًعلى‬ " ‫المستخدمینًالمعلنین‬ :" • ‫األنظ‬ ‫أو‬ ‫العربية‬ ‫الثقافة‬ ‫أو‬ ‫اإلسالمية‬ ‫الشريعة‬ ‫مع‬ ‫تتوافق‬ ‫ال‬ ‫سلع‬ ‫أو‬ ‫نشاطات‬ ‫عن‬ ‫اإلعالن‬ ‫بعدم‬ ‫المعلن‬ ‫المستخدم‬ ‫يلتزم‬ ‫القوانين‬ ‫أو‬ ‫مة‬ ‫السارية‬ ( ‫الصحية‬ ‫أو‬ ‫الحيوانية‬ ‫أو‬ ‫الزراعية‬ ‫األنظمة‬ ‫ذلك‬ ‫في‬ ‫بما‬ ) ،‫دولة‬ ‫أي‬ ‫في‬ • ‫المعلن‬ ‫المستخدم‬ ‫مسؤولية‬ ‫على‬ ‫وتوريدها‬ ‫بيعها‬ ‫على‬ ‫والتعاقد‬ ‫السلع‬ ‫عروض‬ ‫تكون‬ . • ‫دولة‬ ‫أي‬ ‫في‬ ‫للغير‬ ‫العائدة‬ ‫الفكرية‬ ‫الملكية‬ ‫حقوق‬ ‫من‬ ‫أي‬ ‫على‬ ‫التعدي‬ ‫بعدم‬ ‫المعلن‬ ‫المستخدم‬ ‫يلتزم‬ . • ‫في‬ ‫صراحة‬ ‫ذكرها‬ ‫التي‬ ‫تلك‬ ‫غير‬ ‫تحفظات‬ ‫أو‬ ‫شروط‬ ‫البيع‬ ‫عقود‬ ‫في‬ ‫يضمن‬ ‫أن‬ ‫المعلن‬ ‫للمستخدم‬ ‫ليس‬ " ‫العرض‬ ‫بيان‬ ." • ‫األ‬ ‫بيان‬ ‫إلى‬ ‫الحاجة‬ ‫دون‬ ‫سلعة‬ ‫أو‬ ‫متجر‬ ‫أو‬ ‫منشأة‬ ‫أو‬ ‫فرد‬ ‫أي‬ ‫يخص‬ ‫إعالن‬ ‫أي‬ ‫حذف‬ ‫للموقع‬ ‫بأن‬ ‫ويقبل‬ ‫المعلن‬ ‫المستخدم‬ ‫يعلم‬ ‫سباب‬ . • ‫السلعة‬ ‫أو‬ ‫المتجر‬ ‫أو‬ ‫المنشأة‬ ‫وصف‬ ‫في‬ ‫وكفايتها‬ ‫يقدمها‬ ‫التي‬ ‫البيانات‬ ‫سالمة‬ ‫أن‬ ‫بعلمه‬ ‫المعلن‬ ‫المستخدم‬ ‫يصرح‬ • ‫لـ‬ ‫يجوز‬ ‫ال‬ " ‫المعلن‬ ‫المستخدم‬ " ‫في‬ ‫الواردة‬ ‫التوصيات‬ ‫من‬ ‫أي‬ ‫على‬ ‫االعتراض‬ " ‫الموقع‬ " ‫البحث‬ ‫عند‬ ‫النتائج‬ ‫ترتيب‬ ‫على‬ ‫أو‬ ‫على‬ ‫أو‬ " ‫التقييم‬ " ‫المعروضة‬ ‫للسلع‬ ‫أو‬ ‫المعلنين‬ ‫للمستخدمين‬ ‫الموقع‬ ‫من‬ ‫الممنوح‬ • ‫يكون‬ " ‫المعلن‬ ‫المستخدم‬ " ‫برو‬ ‫إليها‬ ‫يحيل‬ ‫أو‬ ‫الموقع‬ ‫في‬ ‫يضمنها‬ ‫أو‬ ‫عنه‬ ‫تصدر‬ ‫التي‬ ‫والكتابات‬ ‫اآلراء‬ ‫جميع‬ ‫عن‬ ً‫ال‬‫مسؤو‬ ‫لمواقع‬ ‫ابط‬ ‫المنفرد‬ ‫تقديره‬ ‫وفق‬ ‫ذكر‬ ‫مما‬ ‫أي‬ ‫حذف‬ ‫صالحية‬ ‫للموقع‬ ‫ويكون‬ ،‫أخرى‬ . • ‫يفوض‬ " ‫المعلن‬ ‫المستخدم‬ " ‫بياناته‬ ‫صحة‬ ‫عن‬ ‫االستعالم‬ ‫بصالحية‬ ‫الموقع‬ ( ‫ورقم‬ ‫التسجيل‬ ‫وحالة‬ ‫التجاري‬ ‫والسجل‬ ‫االسم‬ ‫المدني‬ ‫الجهة‬ ‫البنكي‬ ‫الحساب‬ ‫ورقم‬ ‫االتصال‬ ‫وبينات‬ ) ‫البيانات‬ ‫هذه‬ ‫حفظ‬ ‫أو‬ ‫بإصدار‬ ‫المعنية‬ ‫الخاصة‬ ‫أو‬ ‫الرسمية‬ ‫الجهات‬ ‫من‬
‫نحن‬ ‫من‬ ‫نحن‬ ‫جمعیة‬ ‫نفع‬ ‫عام‬ ‫مشھرة‬ ‫ومرخصة‬ ‫من‬ ‫قبل‬ ‫وزارة‬ ‫التجارة‬ ‫والصناعة‬ ‫و‬ ‫وزارة‬ ‫الشؤون‬ ‫اإلجتماعیة‬ ‫والخدم‬ ‫ة‬ ‫المجتمعیة‬ ‫ومن‬ ‫وزارة‬ ‫اإلعالم‬ . - ‫االختصاصات‬ : 1 . ‫اتخاذ‬ ‫اإلجراءات‬ ‫القانونیة‬ ‫بما‬ ‫في‬ ‫ذلك‬ ‫مباشرة‬ ‫الدعاوى‬ ‫المتعلقة‬ ‫بمصالح‬ ‫المستھلكین‬ ‫أو‬ ‫التدخل‬ ‫ف‬ ‫یھا‬ . 2 . ‫توعیة‬ ‫المستھلكین‬ ‫بحقوقھم‬ ‫من‬ ‫خالل‬ ‫الندوات‬ ‫وبرامج‬ ‫التوعیة‬ ‫المنتظمة‬ ‫بالتعاون‬ ‫مع‬ ‫وسائل‬ ‫اإلعال‬ ‫م‬ ‫المختلفة‬ . 3 . ‫عمل‬ ‫مسح‬ ‫ومقارنة‬ ‫ألسعار‬ ‫المنتجات‬ ‫وجودتھا‬ ‫والتأكد‬ ‫من‬ ‫صحة‬ ‫البیانات‬ ‫الخاصة‬ ‫بھا‬ ‫والتي‬ ‫تحدد‬ ‫محت‬ ‫واها‬ ‫وإبالغ‬ ‫اللجنة‬ ‫بھا‬ . 4 . ‫تقدیم‬ ‫المعلومات‬ ‫التي‬ ‫توصلت‬ ‫إلیھا‬ ‫عن‬ ‫المشاكل‬ ‫المتعلقة‬ ‫بحقوق‬ ‫المستھلكین‬ ‫ومقترحات‬ ‫عالج‬ ‫ھا‬ ‫للجنة‬ ‫وللجھات‬ ‫الحكومیة‬ ‫المختصة‬ . 5 . ‫تلقي‬ ‫شكاوى‬ ‫المستھلكین‬ ‫والتحقق‬ ‫من‬ ‫جدیتھا‬ ‫ورفعھا‬ ‫للجنة‬ ‫والجھات‬ ‫المختصة‬ ‫ومتابعتھا‬ ‫حتى‬ ‫ا‬ ‫زالة‬ ‫أسبابھا‬ .
