2.  Reduces the total vibration testing cost by designing and
implementation new vibration test fixture
 Current fixture can withstand 3 parts at a time; newly designed fixture
can withstand 10 parts at a time.
 The position of the part inside vehicle is analyzed for design of test
fixture.
 The part which meant for vibration test is AC hoses.
BE- Mini Project
Advanced crash absorption system for SUV’s, November2013
 Absorbs the collision shock by contracting the vehicle frame.
 The entire vehicle frame separate’s as different sections and joint the
frames by using a spring and ball arrangement, which is controlled by
a solenoid valve
 Accident shock from the front or back of vehicle pushes the frame, the
frame absorbs the shock by compressing the spring
 Vehicle speed sensor and crash sensor assists the operation of spring
and ball assembly through solenoid valve.
 ECU controls the operation.
