2. The tube must be flushed every 4-8 hours during the day to prevent clogs. Use a small (10 mL) syringe. Draw up as much water (drinking/tap) as it will hold. Open the button. There may be some leakage; use a finger to seal the opening until you’re ready to insert the syringe. Alternately, have kid lie down on her back to minimize leakage.

3. The nose of the syringe fits in the button opening.

4. She can push the water in herself!

5. Close the button (until it clicks gently.) All done!
