• Some people claim that it originated in
Europe, while some claim that it originated
in China.
• They were made for the first time in 2000
BC, using a cereal grain called millet.
• Instant noodles was invented by
Momofuku Ando, the founder of Japanese
food company Nissin.
3. • After World War II, Japan suffered from a
immense food shortage.
• Bread was supplied by the US food aid,
but Ando encouraged noodles.
• From this experience, he got the idea to
invest in instant noodles.
