5. How we improve our concentration?
• 1: "Sleep is our repair shop: in deep sleep we regenerate skin and body;
and REM organize and synthesize the memory. “
• All this can lead to chronic diseases such as deprivation of sleep or
insomnia; generated irritability, loss of concentration and poor work
performance (the results when you don´t sleep enough)
• 2: Have a shower in the morning is good to wake up well and hygienic.
• 3: We need Glucose to have energy to make the brain working.
• 4: Without discipline you can not maintain a high performance because
you can be distracted by things that are around you (tv, mobile phone…). It
is recommended to divide the tasks to finish on time.
• Games improve the creativity, empathy and trust.
We need to have fun and share moments and play with family, friends
and colleagues.
• 5: Review what you have done in the school.

6. • 6: Classical music develops our brain to have a high academic performance.
And it´s good to relax minds. (reading a book, comic, magazine, watch a film
too.)
• 7: "Without health there´s no performance, therefore, the more health you
have the higer ability and performance you have. It must take more than 30
minutes.
